I was prepared to pay $800 for your landscaping service by a cashiers check in order to avoid the $25 service charge on my credit card. I believe the charge to be a waste of money. I never heard back from the person who handles Rockdale County. I must also say that EVERYONE else at Wilson has been quite helpful, willing to answer questions and point me in the right direction in terms of my landscaping needs. I was quite surprised at the shabby service.
Donnie Brooks was great to work with and all subcontractors arranged by Donnie and Wilson Brothers Landscape were efficient and provided quality work.
I chose them because they were in the Best Pick Report for two years. I really thought I would get excellent service. I went to their nursery and had a wonderful experience. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, and followed up with me. The landscaping aspect was not the same experience. I got several different estimates. I had to get my fencing approved for the HOA before I could move forward with the project. I called JC Steele multiple times and he would never return my calls. I ended up taking my business elsewhere and they lost out on the job. I was very surprised by this, being they were in the Best Pick Report. I really appreciate the follow-up call from GuildQuality so I could voice my experience.
I have already given a recommendation to others needing landscaping service.
During the work, they were responsive. They gave a good quote, they edited it just fine. Results-wise, I'd say I got more plants than I needed, several of which has since died. They ripped up some hedging I had and replanted some sod, they redid a front flower bed that I had, and then they added some landscaping to my back yard, adding some ground plants, and they added three decorative trees. It was just extremely professional. They called when they said they would, they showed up on time, and they had a professional invoice. Just things that was reassuring from a customer perspective. I'd give them an A. I take into account how like a year later what the results are like, and I think I wound up with some trees that maybe weren't suitable for my backyard and have never thrived. One of which is certainly dead, one of which is certainly not doing well, and that was a couple hundred of my pocket to get those trees. I already have recommended them to just a few people.
I was just getting some information on my yard, some plants and bushes and stuff like that. Their reputation—they've been around for years, and I've heard no complaints about their work. I'd give them an A.
They laid some sod for me. They did what we had asked them to do. It wasn't a very large area. They were pretty friendly, and they left the yard in good shape. They didn't leave anything they shouldn't have left. I'd give Wilson Bros. Landscape an A.
They did something for me a couple years ago. It was fine. They did a decent job. They did some shrubs and some sod. They did what I asked them to do, and they did it in the time they were going to do it. I would give them a B.
They came out and did a blueprint of a backyard project that I needed to do. The effective communication and the response and stuff was positive. It's an A across the board. I have recommended them and I will continue to.
I had the very good experience, the first half. He was really personable and he was great, and then when he did the work, it didn't actually address the issue. He came out and did that free of charge, but it didn't look very good. He just patched it. I really liked him, and I really liked his expertise. The communications were tough. We asked him to do one thing, me and a neighbor because we work in an HOA, so we had to collaborate. He said he couldn't do that, and we said he had to do, so he eventually did do it. It was a really clunky communication and tough to get the job actually done. I'd give him a C, overall.
They cleaned up some brush in my backyard and did the sprinkler system, front and back. They took their time and they briefed me on everything that was going on, kept me up to date on what was going on. The guy who I was working with was very good. No issues. It's definitely an A rating.
The work and the prices are high, and I had to supervise a little bit but, other than that it went OK. I would grade them a B.
I've always supported Wilson Bros. Landscape. They are right around the corner from me. They are more expensive than anybody else, but everything that I've ever had them do for me has been super. I would grade them an A.
It was a positive and negative experience. I think they did a good job, but near the end, they were supposed to put down weed barrier. They did not. It was just some sort of a mess. I would give them a B or a C. I don't remember the guy's name that I dealt with that supervised it, but it was just the workers, and they brought in some extras that did not follow through. They did the front yard good. When they got to the back of the house, it was not as good. One plant died, and it's never been replaced. It's budding back out, but it doesn't look like the others that it's supposed to look like. They were on time, except for replacing that one plant. I'd recommend them with certain advice.
Used several times. Always the best!
Love these guys!!! Great service, great products, great knowledge, when we were picking out plants for our backyard and pool area. Keep up the great work.
We were very pleased with the experience of working with All Type Fence. The job was done neatly and on time, and we have received many positive comments about the quality—A+.
We are quite satisfied with Rutter Roofing. We have recommended them to a couple of neighbors.
Very pleased. I did have plants die which were replaced, some of which were replaced with different kind of plants, some of which were much smaller than what was originally planted.
