Builds a beautiful home; company still lacks the communication aspect that we were hoping for.
Alexis was absolutely OUTSTANDING!!!!
Alexis and David have been great!
If there is anything it would be more familiar with the HOA details and responsibilities
Did I mention Alexis earlier?! The whole walk through process was outstanding! This is the 10th home we have purchased and this was by far the best we have experienced! Add David to this as well...he has been extremely courteous and patient when questions have been posed.
Alexis and David! Thank you both!
Mattie and Kristen are amazing! Mattie knew that the riverside doors were a big deal to us and made sure that they were available when we did our selections appointment. Kristen went above and beyond to bring the vision of what Katy wanted to life.
Jeffrey really made this deal happen. The design team has been incredible to work with.
Alexis is fantastic and very knowledgeable!
Yes, we love the floor plan
Very pleased with the response after the purchase to requests.
It was an overall good experience.
Alexis did a great job. She was very informative and easy to work with. The construction manager Byron was very good and easy to work with.
I am enjoying my new home.
I was good with everything, even the problems we were having with the house, until one of the construction vans used our driveway when we weren't home to turn around and hit my truck. I never drive my truck because I have a car provided to me through my work. I called customer service about this and they did what they could. There was the "Did you see it?" factor. Obviously we didn't see it happen because we were at work, and no one saw anything on their cameras. I know you're wondering how we know it was one of the construction van? Well maybe because they parked in the same place the next day with a big CEMENT GREY COLORED mark on the right rear corner of the van. The paint was concentrated in areas on the van where it was obvious that it had hit my truck. Even the scrapes on my truck lined up to where the van's bumper would be. How do you become a victim of a hit and run in your own driveway? I have no idea, but Willow Branch's crew sure figured that out. Oh yeah and there were dirt tracks coming from the new construction area onto my driveway that's another finger pointing at the construction crew. I'm sure some random person was not coming through all the construction going on down my road that day. On that day supposedly this crew wasn't working in the area of my home, but SUPPOSEDLY the crews aren't working after 6pm or before 7am too which we all know is a lie. Anyways, this was pretty much my breaking point with Willow Branch. Alexis and Brad have done the best they could to make things better, but they're hands are pretty tied. I've got tons of pictures showing both vehicles and the damage so if you'd like you could see for yourself. Let's see other issues... I've talked to numerous people who have had issues with their homes. I'm assuming Willow Branch uses the cheapest raw materials to build finished products for which they charge a premium price. We had hardie board come off the side of our home. How does that even happen? Our deck behind the house has split wood where they just threw the thing together causing the wood to split. You could say it was due to the weather, but I'm experienced enough to know it's because they threw the thing together as quick as possible. Oh and the crew that installed our closet racks? Yeah, they are absolutely terrible. Half of the racks fell out of the wall before my wife had finished hanging our clothes up. Alexis had the installers come to fix the issue, but we are just waiting for them to fall out again. You can look up at the ceiling and see the outline of the beams because whoever painted the ceiling did it as quick as could. He definitely was not striving for quality. Also, before closing we requested the color of our front door be changed from the "coral" color. Whoever painted it did a terrible job because you can see the "coral" color through parts of the iron ore grey they used to repaint it. Again, these are things you can't see during the initial walk through and tape sessions. Which is kind of a joke anyways because you don't see half the things that need to be fixed until you live in the house for awhile and realize "Wow, this is bad." Oh yeah, it took me 3 months to get the lot properly surveyed. The old guy that is in charge of Brad basically told me to kick rocks and go hire a surveyor because there wasn't a pin in the far rear corner. Pretty sure there are so legal caveats that surround that whole deal so someone should deal with him. Brad on the other hand tried to do the right thing and he actually had a surveyor come out to do our lot for us. He also provided us with more sod. I know we are in the new construction area of the development, but within three days of staying here I had a nail in my tire. Now I go out and check the road for nails to keep others from having this type of issue. What's sad though is that I pick up multiple nails almost every day. To be honest Alexis and Brad are the only reasons I haven't spoken up sooner. I'm definitely gonna have to hire an inspector to inspect this home before my warranty period is up. I've tried to keep quite, but the truck was the straw that broke the camel's back for me.
I was most satisfied with Alexis. She has been very good at helping.
I would like to recognize Alexis for her exceptional service.
They were pretty helpful since I was in an Academy for a while and they knew my situation.
Overall seemed clean and safe, however, it was stressful to drive by and witness the unsafe practices used when working at heights. i.e. no fall protection or hard hats.
Alexis is a true gem! She wanted our home to be as perfect for us as we did!
Overall the home is lovely. There are some flaws in our countertops (both master bath and kitchen), though not really noticeable unless you run your hand across it. The island slab has matching scrapes on both sides as if it was laid against something and damaged. Maybe something to relay to those transporting and installing. Also, the stain on our staircase is good, not great. Some places are very light as if it needed better coated.
Communication and kindness of all employees we encountered + our home is beautiful!
Alexis! A blue tape wizard!
I was most satisfied with the quality of the upgrades.
I would like to recognize Amy Tarter for her exceptional service.

GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Willow Branch Homes as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
