Trust - Have heard from friends about the build quality and appreciate the contact we have already received. Hardest part to date has been trying to schedule the time with Guardian (weather and schedules not helping make this easy)
Area Of Satisfaction - I am most satisfied with the overall communication that we had with Willow Branch. We had a bi-weekly call, and any questions I had were addressed clearly, and if not, they were answered by the next call. Andrew, who was our guy on-site, was extremely attentive to any questions we had about our house. He is still helping to make sure things are taken care of.
Additional Comments - Overall, the experience we've had is good. They have communicated with us well throughout the process, letting us know when construction began and keeping us informed, especially at the end, when we had a close date. We met Ericka there for the mechanical walk-through and for the last few weeks she has kept us informed about everything that is going on. As a whole, they have brought the right people in to make the process go smoothly and comfortably.
I have had a fairly good experience with Willow Branch Homes, however, in the midst of my purchase, there was a significant changeover in their employees onsite with whom I dealt with for months during the build which resulted in significant delay in resolving items needing to be resolved.
Sales Knowledge - Kristen was very attentive and helpful. I appreciate her professionalism.
Walk Throughs - Ericka is AMAZING. Willow Branch Homes is quite lucky to haver her.
Area Of Satisfaction - Probably the attention and patience everyone on the team had with me. My first "new-build" so I didn't really know what types of questions to ask etc. I didn't have a lot of questions throughout the process because I didn't really know what questions to ask. Everyone took the time to explain process to me and how things would proceed. They were all great.
Recognize Excellence - Ericka Carini. She's wonderful. Very helpful and attentive.
On our experience as a customer during construction I wouldn’t recommend anyone go through that. It epitomizes why the residential home consumer feels like they have to manage the process when it’s the last thing they want to do. I am sure the Sr leadership in your organization do not promote how our build was handled but the facts are our impressions of it are the reality of what was delivered to us by your team and trades. That is your responsibility to fix and not ours to be the one to call it out or be the experiment while you address your lack of process, discipline and quality control.
Area Of Satisfaction - The way they handled the list of items from our home inspection. The team at Willow Branch took care of these items without issue. Deb is a great asset to your company and stayed on these items until they were fixed, giving us regulate status updates until they were resolved.
Recognize Excellence - Deb who has been handling our remaining punch list items is great! She made everything run smoothly and is an asset to your company!
Do not buy a home from this company! Terrible in every aspect.
