Since Ram damaged my property, has pictures to prove the damage, is aware of the circumstances precipitating the damage to my property and denies responsibilty, I would not recommend RAM. Probleme resolution is terrible.

RAM turned out to be a terrific find. Especially valuable contributions came from manager Zack Nolan and technicians Caesar, Ray and Doug. Zack led the way with down-to-earth estimates that kept me feeling like RAM was prepared for the homeowner with a sewer backup. Then Caesar began the cleanup from the overflow back into our basement. It was more than a one-day job, and Ray and Doug finished everything. The final surprise was welcome reduction from the beginning estimate. It turned out RAM was keeping track of charges for supplies and man hours, and there was a refund at the end!

The work was quality, and I am satisfied with the work that has been done.

In the process of RAM Restoration fixing my home, I had a group of people come out to my home and discover where the water was, and then a few days later another group came out and discovered more moisture in other areas they didn't find moisture originally. I feel like everybody should be on the same page and doing the same thorough work. I found it annoying that the first group didn't find the moisture in the spots that the other group did.

I’ve used RAM 3x. They are my go to company. They’re billing, scheduling and workers are professional and go above and beyond
