Great service. Prompt and efficient. Couldn't be happier.
The work done was fine, however, the wait for work to begin was longer than expected. This was during the quarantine so we do understand things take longer than usual, but it seemed a little excessive.
They do quality worrk, and always follow up if there are any open items...
I was told the job would take one day and it ended up taking two days. The follow-up work was supposed to be done in the morning. I wasn't notified until 10 am that morning that they were not going to come out until 12 pm that same day. I am still waiting for the itemized bill for payment. I was instructed to pay the subcontractor for extra materials and labor. I find that to be very unprofessional. No one told me this ahead of time.
I highly recommend RAM Construction.
Work done was good but coordination was rough.
Very friendly and kind people. Work was amazing. Communication between contractors and contractors to us was not very good.
The quality of the work and the workers were tremendous. They were slow getting to the job.
Overall the work was completed to a good standard, but hiccups in the materials delivered - i.e. incorrect tiles, incorrect marble separators between rooms and some minor damage to items that we paid extra for, detracts from five stars.
I think it is ridiculous that we even have to pay for the service. They left me with standing water and visible mold, they did not even remove boxes from the water to check behind them for mold. The mold was creeping up the wall and was visible to the naked eye and they informed me that I did not need to remove the drywall when it cleary was covered in mold. I called another company who came in and addressed the problem appropriately.
Good work, but a lot of delay scheduling.
Very professional. Did a very good job with getting our basement ready for Thanksgiving. Would recommend them.
Terrible quality. Never met the required timeline and what should have been a one-day job ended up being a three day job because they didn't know what they were doing.
They're a terrible company. I'll never hire them again in my life.
It took them a long time to respond to our needs.
When they installed the countertop they installed it too tight to the stove. They are supposed to come back and fix that.
I have used them several times and I am always satisfied with the workmanship.
RAM Construction did a fantastic job in replacing and painting HardiePlank siding on my dormers. In addition to the professional workmanship (including prep and meticulous cleanup), RAM Construction made it very easy for me to work with my insurance company.
Nope. I would not recommend RAM due the subcontractor used for the carpet installation.
Competent and professional service personnel
The work was good. The scheduling and amount of time it took was not.
Would never recommend!!
Quality of product and workmanship were excellent
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of RAM Construction as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
