Areas Of Satisfaction - The level and frequency of communication and response was exemplary. Any question, however big or small, was thoroughly answered and we were treated with the utmost respect throughout the entire process.
Areas Of Satisfaction - The house is gorgeous. The craftsmanship and the workmanship is great. Tyler and Ryan, the two guys who work for Picerne doing general contracting, have been awesome.
Value - I absolutely feel I got a fair value for my money. Given the workmanship, qualify of materials, speed of construction, and more I am happy with the results and with working with the Picerne team. Special shout out to Ryan and Jen for their excellent customer support.
Areas Of Satisfaction - quality of the home construction and beautiful home design The floor plan is a great fit for today's modern lifestyle. It hit on many of the needs That I wanted in a home.
Recognized Excellence - Jim Eddy the project manager went and made sure that everyone was doing what they were supposed to do and made sure everything was on point. Jim also answered any questions or concerns that I had. The Jeff the electrician was good. Joe Kettel was phenomenal. He was so fast and quick to get out there and fix the problem.
Areas Of Satisfaction - many, particularly when it came to custom upgrades such as the fireplace and mud room, so happy with the worksmanship.
Additional Comments - Overall it was a wonderful experience and we are very happy!
Areas Of Satisfaction - I have built 4 houses. This is by far the easiest, most organized any of my builds have been. They go beyond by putting up towel holders, etc. They truly exceeded our expectations and were amazing at getting us in when they said they would - early actually - which is why their are only 4 stars for leaving the house perfectly clean - they really could not to assure they got us in ahead of schedule! They are a professional, friendly, highly talented team.

Yes. I would say the experience for the home owner was a huge miss. Home building is stressful and I think they is an area for the builder to alleviate for the consumer. This was drive a higher level of satisfaction and overall experience.

Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
