The staff were friendly on time and well organized. They always cleaned up after each work day, which helped since were were living in the apartment while the kitchen was be renovated. Most impotently, the kitchen looks great after several years. We had one call back. The response was very quick and the part was replaced the same day as the response. You could not ask for more than that...
They were fair, great supervisor in Tony and extremely easy to work with. The workmen were extremely nice people and cleaned up each day. I would recommend H to H solutions to anyone.
Work ethic, communication, design ideas, problem solving
This company was outstanding in seeing the project through, working with me on budget issues, keeping me informed, providing options from which I could choose, and in exceeding the schedule. I'd have them back to do more in a heartbeat. One year later:it's still very satisfying.
Provided clear explanations and guidance that helped me make decisions.
Very professional, respectful of my space.
They did better than that!! They beat the schedule and did a fantastic job!
budget was an issue. They worked closely with me to stay within the budget and to explore / choose options.
Had them do a previous project
They were very responsive and fast! No complaints.
Responsiveness and professionalism.

H2H Solutions helped us with a couple of home projects and each time they did a wonderful job, from start to finish!
Excellent work and excellent customer service.
They were really spectacular to work with.
I was most satisfied with them working within our budget.
I got their name off of Angie's List and they were in the Montgomery County best professionals book that we receive.
This is the second major project we had House to Home Solutions, LLC complete for us. They completed the work early to help with our impending baby. We will definitely use House to Home Solutions, LLC again!
House to Home Solutions, LLC did not fall short of my expectations.
House to Home Solutions, LLC exceeded my expectations in regards to the schedule.
Daniel, Eric and Tony
None. We’re very happy with House to Home Solutions
Creative ideas, communication, insisted on a working ice maker
House to Home Solutions are a first class contractor who I have recommended to many friends and colleagues. They do quality work and stick to schedules. Great team.
I'd like to recognize Eric, and Daniel. Everyone was great.
They were on time, thorough and did exactly what they said they would do. They addressed any concern we had, and fixed anything we asked them to fix. They were easy to work with, and very good on the job.
We were more than happy with their renovation of our bathroom, closets, and 2 bedrooms. The job was done in a timely manner and everyone was very professional. Daniel maintained communication that was consistent and clear. We would recommend them to anybody.
I was satisfied with their communication, the completion of the job, and the job quality.
There was a truck in our neighborhood. I then researched them.
I liked their honesty. They have everything—they had no hidden fees. They explained everything very thoroughly. They definitely knew what they were doing. They remodeled my kitchen. They're the best grade—A+.
They worked for me twice. The first time: they put up crown molding, and something else. Second time: they did a lot—painting, put in a new faucet in my sink, recess lighting, a bunch a stuff. The experience was great. What stood out to me was that Tony was great, and his team was great. I would grade the overall experience with an A. I already have recommended them.
I liked the quality of the work. Basically, what happened was that I bought a condo, and I had them gut it. They totally redid the kitchen and bathroom, and he even went with my decorator to pick out bathroom tile, which I thought was over and above. I like what I see and am pleased. I would grade the overall experience with an A+. Quality of work—he was hands-on.
It was a good experience. I liked that they were pretty organized, and they cleaned up after themselves. Remodeling is destruction, but it was not half as bad as I anticipated, so that's pretty good. They did a bathroom for me. No complaints and would highly recommend them.
I’m happy to say good things about them.
I liked that they were very professional—quick, no delay. Looks fantastic; looks very professional. They did tile work for me. I would grade the overall experience with an A+.
They did a bathroom remodel for me. I would grade the overall experience with an A+.
They remodeled both bathrooms and some work in the family room for us. We were very, very pleased with the installation process—the workmanship, everything. Very professionally done. Didn't have to call them back—didn't have any issues with things leaking or falling off or any other of that type of thing. I would grade the overall experience with an A. We recommended them to our neighbor up the street.
I liked that they are very responsive. They're easy to work with, and they would go out of their way to help at any time. I've used them multiple times. They did a kitchen remodel and a custom radiator cover. They did some work for my mother-in-law. They did a stove. They installed a dishwasher and a sink, worked on my basement. They've done a lot. I would grade the overall experience with an A+.
We had a leak. They came in and repaired the leak problem, and then resurfaced the sheetrock, did painting, some molding, some upgrades—fixtures in the kitchen and living room and bathroom. The leak started in the bathroom, and it became a kitchen and living room problem. They were very nice, very clean, tidied up after themselves right away. Cleaned up everything at the end of the day, including vacuuming; didn't leave any sand and debris behind. I would grade the overall experience with an A. One thing I would say about one of their vendors for kitchen quotes for cabinets, etc. We had a meeting with them and proposed a budget for ourselves, and they came back with a quote that was substantially higher than the budget—40% over what our budget was—but I think that particular individual probably wasn't necessarily on board with the direction we were trying to go.
I liked that they are very diligent; high quality work, and honest, good people working there. They fixed several things in the house, including some of the issues that we saw that developed in the house. They have been doing a bunch of things. They came in and fixed a bathroom issue in our rental unit. I would grade the overall experience with an A+.
Daniel and everyone at House to Home Solutions have been great to work with! Our front door was installed on a timely manner and within our budget.
Great job. I did minimal checking as the work progressed and am very happy with my fence.
We can count on House to Home Solutions to provide excellent quality work and terrific customer service. Daniel and his team are extremely responsive. They aren't the cheapest, but the value is first-rate.
House to Home solutions was on time and very professional! They communicated with me when questions arose. I have used the team twice now and I would recommend them highly.
Tony and his team are great !
word of mouth
They have done other work for me
No they did exactly what they said they would do it and we are very pleased.
They always cleaned up very nicely every day before they left.
Very impressed with this company! Daniel the owner was very professional when he came in to meet with me. Their work was perfect!
House to Home Solutions, LLC, and especially the owner Daniel, is easily the best contractor I have encountered. The quality of work is superb and you can see the pride in the craftsmanship. My neighbor, who is a building engineer and who usually finds fault with any builder or contracter, recommended Daniel. I can't recommend them enough.
The craftsmanship is superb. The customer service is outstanding. Daniel is also an advocate for things to be done the right way when it comes to dealing with insurance.
Neighbor who is a building engineer.
I do not think House to Home Solutions fell short of any of my expectations, however they are a little on the costly side, though they are high quality.
I am most satisfied with the overall quality and their professionalism.
I heard about House to Home Solutions through a friend.
No one fell short of our expectations.
I was satisfied with the communication. You are very responsible.
I heard about you on Angie's List.
The quality of their work. Completed the job on time.

Honest, respectful, takes the time to get all my needs met, expertise is top notch, handiwork is meticulous and beautiful. They are my go to for all major repairs and changes to my home.
House to Home Solutions, LLC is a very reliable, professional business. They deliver renovations with the high quality promised and pretty much on schedule. Their handling of change-orders, which can often when working on old structures, is fair. We consider HHS to be a trusted business.
On time; handles complex problems with aplumb; good design sense; high quality work; high integrity.
Work quality, communication.
Neighbor - Steve ( the Fireplace Guy )
They were professional, accommodating to our family needs and provided great workmanship. Overall I was very satisfied with everything.
I was satisfied with how they communicated with me about details of the project. I was felt I was in the loop of things when it came to the project.
I found them on Angie's List.
Highly skilled, professional and friendly staff
House to Home Solutions comes highly recommended. A+
They did a good job on this.
They are very good at what they do and I think they charge a premium for that.
If there was something that I or they noticed wasn't right they fixed it. That is important and not always that common to see that happen. That is a very positive comment compared to other contractors. On any job there is going to be something that is not 100% as it should be, but the most important thing is do they fix it or claim everything is fine. They fixed it. I was most satisfied with the quality of their work and with Daniel their owner. He is highly qualified, trustworthy, and provides you with pros and cons to make decisions. Overall I think he is an honest person.
I did some research and they were listed as highly rated.
They worked extremely well because the projects were being done in Washington DC, and I live in Michigan. It was as if I were there supervising the entire project. They are a wonderful company.
We had some additional things we wanted done that were not in the budget, but the owner always called before we made any adjustments. The additions were always written up on work orders.
The owner actually was the person that communicated with me.
The job site was absolutely kept clean and safe.
I was most satisfied because I was 800 miles away from the projects they did. They did a lot of research for me, and they made a lot of recommendations. They are an excellent company. Most of the time I was working with the owner, but I don't know if that happens all the time.
I think I heard of the company from a recommendation by someone in the condominium complex, but I don't really remember.
Our full and complete bathroom remodel, which included moving the sink, toilet, and getting rid of a bath tub, to open up and make our very tiny almost unusable master bath so much more functional and spa-like, turned out beautifully. The price tag was a bit on the steep side for us, but the quality of work, materials used, the absolutely non-pressure atmosphere, and really enjoyable staff made it all worth it.
There was never an issue if we changed our mind about something! The first toilet we picked out and put in was just way too big for the space - but not a problem, H2H quickly sent us links for several other smaller footprint options to choose from. We ended up even keeping the first toilet and using it to replace an older toilet in another bathroom.
The quality of the work done was excellent and we are happy with our kitchen redo. The design input they gave also helped us finalize our picks and we could be happier.

By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of House to Home Solutions as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
