We have moved to model home appointment scheduling and have suspended warranty in-home visits. We are practicing social distancing, and some staff is working from home.
Elliott homes more exp but more detail
There is a lot of unfinished things and flaws in my home.The garage ceiling got two squares cut out and have not been fixed.The concretes is running to far up my car port.
They need to work on their process improvement so things run more smoothly and on time.
Elliott Homes has a great building quality.
Elliot Homes provided me with a great experience and I would recommend Elliot Homes to anyone.
I have built another home with another builder and that process was much more difficult. The other builder did not meet the same standards that Elliot Homes did.
I am uncertain on my recommendation at this time. We initially signed our contract at the end of July with expectations the home would be ready by mid-December. Nothing happened on our lot until September. I am very disappointed with the lack of progress. As of today, 10/01/2020, I do not believe the foundation has even been poured. They are now telling us that they are trying to be completed by END of December. This date is very frustrating. In addition to trying to coordinate pack up dates/move in dates, my child begins her NEW school in MS on 01/04/2020. I would really want her to be in her own bed and not a hotel when this happens.
The reason being is they work really well at designing your home. But after living in the home there are a couple of issues within the home that I noticed after a short period of time with the workmanship. They'll take care of you while they're building, but not so much after the finished product. A lot of workmanship issues.
I probably won’t recommend the cottage homes some of the features e.g the flooring and poor quality fixtres
Everybody at Elliott Homes is very professional and accommodating.
The Elliott Homes are just beautiful. All the model homes are beautiful.
I worked with Rod and Laurie. They got back to me quickly and answered all my questions, and I'm very happy. There's nothing I'm displeased with and I can't wait to get into my new house.

Elliot does some excellent quality, high-end feature homes, and they are very nice. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking to build or buy a home.
I felt like the customer service was excellent. They have been really good with answering questions and assisting us with the process. Connie had gone above and beyond for us. We have a son who is handicap and we were trying to get a large bathtub to fit his tub seats, and she was able to do that for us. She has been great.
