I felt like the customer service was excellent. They have been really good with answering questions and assisting us with the process. Connie had gone above and beyond for us. We have a son who is handicap and we were trying to get a large bathtub to fit his tub seats, and she was able to do that for us. She has been great.

I would recommend Elliott Homes because from start to finish I was very satisfied. My representative Julie Elliot was very helpful. She helped me whether it was day and night or weekends. She gave me a call back if they weren't available when I called. I always got appropriate attention. Julie was right by my side the entire time. That was very positive and reassuring. There was never a negative thing that happened. The only negative thing was the anxiety of waiting to move in.
I strongly would recommend them. I have been watching them build the house, and they do quality work.

The home was definitely going to be a keeper, but w/lack of attn to its prints/plans/drawings, went completely awry! Sadly, for us, a deal killer!
