I strongly would recommend them. I have been watching them build the house, and they do quality work.
Overall, we really like our house.
ABSOLUTELY THE HECK NOT ! I’ve told everyone on base I know, alllllll of military friends at that, to stay away from Elliott homes, unless they want SEASONAL BRAIN ANEURYSMS
The home was definitely going to be a keeper, but w/lack of attn to its prints/plans/drawings, went completely awry! Sadly, for us, a deal killer!
No. We wouldn't want anyone else to go through the heartache, anxiety, disappointment, and dissatisfaction we endured.
I had a great experience!
Mr. Larry is awesome. I love the small details Elliot provide.
Elliott is definitely one of the best brands in this area.
I would most definitely recommend Elliott Homes to a friend.
We purchased an Elliott Home almost 3 years ago. The build process was a challenge to put it mildly. There were many upgrades we purchased that were overlooked by the subcontractors. For example, we chose to eliminate the tub in the master to allow for a larger closet. The plan was ignored and our shower was initially in the closet. It was corrected but many many more of these "upgrades" were more of a stress than they were worth. We also upgraded our front door to the iron door. HUGE mistake. As of yesterday, our door knob is broken for the 5th time. So on average, our front door is inoperable about every 6 months. At Christmas last year it took a month to get it fixed. It was quite an embarrassment when our guests tried to leave and our door knob completely came out. Yesterday, obviously at my wits end, I contact Elliott Homes. After 2 texts, 2 personal cell calls, 1 office call and 1 email my efforts were finally rewarded with a return call. During that call Bo McMurphy informed me that our warranty was only for 1 year and they would fix the door knob for the 5th time out of kindness. Clearly Mr. McMurphy is confused. When there is an ongoing warranty issue the resolution continues to be the responsibility of the home builder. It is not the buyers fault the problem was not resolved the first time. He was nothing short of difficult and rude. I would admit I was not the most pleasant either considering my position and his tone. That being said, I would never conduct business this way. Completely unprofessional. Additionally, you will be paying prices very comparable to a custom home so the only reason to go with Elliott Homes is to save build time. However, the inconveniences afterward void any time saved.
They are very easy to work with.
We are very satisfied with the quality and service of the company.
Every chance we get we tell people how great Elliott Homes is.
Ryan did an excellent job explaining the warranty process to us.
James McCoy took care of all my warranty needs that came up before the 11 month walk-through. He was very professional.
James McCoy was easily reached and always responded within a day to each request.
When Caleb took over after the previous Warranty person, he was very organized and professional.
Each time anything was needed, the issue was handled very well.
Absolutely. That is a hallmark of Elliott Homes and we have always been more than satisfied.
Between James McCoy and Caleb communication could have not been better!!
No doubt whatsoever! Our home has already improved in it's market value.
What service was needed was handled in a VERY timely manner.
The warranty process has improved greatly between the Elliott Home we built in 2013 and the Elliott Home we built in 2018.
Ryan (our builder) James McCoy (Ryan's assistant at the time), James (did 11 mo walk-through) and Caleb!!!!
So glad to see that Elliott Homes is always looking for ways to improve an already excellent customer satisfaction.
The quality of Elliot Homes is very good. Josh, the superintendent, was very helpful.
I think with them being a custom builder, they should be a little more custom to what the customer wants. Give more options within the package. If the customer wants a gas fire place instead of an electrical fireplace, it should be part of the options an not a $500 add on.
I think it would be a plus if you actually had your pre-construction meeting BEFORE you pour a slab and start framing a house! Would avoid a lot of aggravation!
Elliott Homes provides excellent quality and outstanding display of the home. I highly recommend starting here when looking for a new home.
We're indifferent at this point. There are things that we love about Elliot Homes and others that we're disappointed in. It's hard to beat the price-per-square-foot but we were surprised with several items at the design center that had been done in the past but are no longer being done for one reason or another.
I feel like things have not been as transparent as they could have been.
A very professional Company and good service.
Jason was a great foreman to work with as well as all the other personnel.
We love our home and could not be happier.
Everything was great!
We were very satisfied with our experience with Elliott Homes. From our first contact with David Solomon to our celebration walk with Gabe, all of the people at Elliott Homes seemed very interested in satisfying our needs and concerns. We would highly recommend Elliott Homes to anyone looking to purchase a good quality home from a friendly helpful staff!
I think they are great. They are very professional and we had no problems.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Elliott Homes as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
