We have moved to model home appointment scheduling and have suspended warranty in-home visits. We are practicing social distancing, and some staff is working from home.

I would definitely recommend Elliot Homes. They are very thorough and they care about customer service satisfaction which I liked the most. They followed up with me often and were willing to correct anything I was unsatisfied with and they did it quickly.
Very likely. Diamondhead forums are a concern however I don’t respond to them. We love our beautiful new home!
I feel neutral about this simply because it felt like we were the victims of a sellers market where it is not necessary to go the extra mile for a buyer because buyers are a dime a dozen. We were just asking that Elliot speed things up to help us move in a few days earlier in order to save us the cost and stress of moving our things two times. Had this happened and we were able to move our things only the one time I would be much more likely to recommend Elliot Homes.
We have recommended Elliott Homes to quite a few friends and of which 3 so far plan to build in the Gulf Hills S/D where our house will be built.
Their quality homes are truly quality and their customer service is above and beyond.
I had a great experience. The field manager answered all my questions and gave me a sixty day inspection.
If they are going to purchase a home in a community that is being built, they need to be ready for all of their subcontractors to disrespect you, your home and the area you live. They tell you it is a construction zone and not a resident. This has been brought up through the supervision and the chain, and I asked why they could not be finned, and the answer was if we start fining them to make them do better and clean up after themselves, and not throw trash in the ditch, and to not drink on the job then they would become a company that is hard to work for and would not be able to get any subcontractors.
Unrealistic closing dates. I have been given numerous closing dates and I have yet to close and move in my house.
Anniversary visit was horrible, and the customer care rep is clearly in the wrong business. He has been rude, non-attentive, and unprofessional.
This is my first experience with the company at this early stage Like what I see.

I was not happy that I did not have any say in anything in the house. After some miscommunication I was told no to things that I wanted. I had to take the home as it was built. Big disappointment.

Connie is so great. Even with her crazy busy schedule she found time to work with us while we are out of state looking to move to MS. Also major shout out to Eileen (gosh I could have the wrong name) from the online marketing team that helped us so much when Connie was busy.
