The process during a pandemic was difficult. The Authentic team, including Robyn, Lauri and building super Kyle were on top of things. My questions and concerns were always met with grace.

House was built better than the previous one but still don’t have the things put in or fixed that we were supposed to have in November.

I love my custom home! My superintendent, Rachel is the BEST! I closed a month ahead of my closing date contract. She helped my dreams come true because all my my family (parents & siblings) were able to see my new home during the holidays. I chose to go with ACH for my first home after doing research on the owners & finding out that they were from my home town, Chickasha, OK. Kenyon Woods was my older sister classmate. I don’t know if he remembers I use to throw rocks at him when my siblings friends is to gather outside our home.

I feel their quality of build is great, however I’m not sure that good craftsmanship can outweigh the complete disorganization we experienced from nearly start to finish.

The whole process with Authentic homes has been nothing but exceptional. From meeting the people, to purchase of home, to warranty information, it has been nothing but exceptional.

Our expectations were that this home would be in a new pristine condition. This has not been the case as there is damage still being found 2 weeks after moving in.

Overall I have been very pleased with the buying experience of this house through Authentic Custom Homes, as well as the overall quality and craftsmanship of this home. Any questions or concerns I have brought up have been addressed promptly and to my satisfaction thus far.

As a first time homeowner my experience was everything BUT pleasant.

We chose Authentic Custom Homes because of their design options at our price point, and design went pretty well. In particular, drafter Chris was excellent at adjusting plans to our needs. However, construction was not smooth. There were multiple stretches where we went 3 weeks without any update, despite being told weekly updates were standard. Some subcontractors did good work (HVAC, Boxwood cabinets), but others did poor jobs. Flooring and tile were particularly bad - and are not fully fixed now, two months after closing. When we visited less than two weeks before closing, Authentic had not included several thousand dollars worth of contracted features - pediments, window boxes, wood mirror frames, crown moulding, Skybell - and other parts were incorrect such as the kitchen sink and lack of storm shelter permit. This was not due to lack of time (although COVID slowed things down), but rather lack of management at the central office. Because of the lack of quality control, we would not recommend Authentic to others.

We were very pleased with Danny. He was very help to solving issues that needed to be corrected before closing. He was very thorough and professional explaining how everything worked in the house.

Authentic treated us so well throughout the process.

The floor plans are really unique and Authentic does a nice job building what you want exactly the way you want it.

Communication could definitely be improved. Once Monty was no longer with the company, the breakdown in communication got significantly worse.

Recognize Excellence - Robyn Brewer was great. The closing on our NJ house was delayed and she was always patient and understanding. Also, when we arrived here with our moving truck, she went to bat for us and got permission for us to unload all our possessions into the garage. That really helped us out and meant a lot to us.

Seems to be a quality built home. Some issues we hope will be taken care of. Salesman was great however communication with other people we would say was lacking.

Authentic Custom Homes treated us like family. They did a great job of capturing our family's vision for our first home.
