We were having trouble finding a fence company that would repair our fence. Most companies wouldn't do it unless they built the fence. I called Accurate Fence and they worked me in same day for a quote! Marcus, the salesperson, was very friendly and answered all of our questions. He was also quick to respond and accessible. The whole team that we worked with (receptionist, salesperson, crew, CFO) were very professional. When there was an issue with the repair, the crew came back out in a timely manner to correct the issue. This company truly wants to meet your needs and keep you satisfied every step of the way.

Overall, they did an amazing job. They were fast and it went well. My situation was somewhat difficult, due to erosion issues. That required additional contractors and additional work to be happening at the same time as the fence project. All the steps had to coordinated and done in the necessary order.

Fence installer was very good and I gave them lunch and snacks, however person who came out 3 times due to subdivision fence rules, he showed his emotions that he was annoyed about my request.

I think for the price I paid, I had to be more involved that I should have had to with calls, scheduling, etc. It would also have been nice if the company paid a bit more attention to detail. For example, even in this survey, you used the wrong name. Through the entire project it has been misspelled and pronounced. We have been working on this for months and that detail would have been nice. This is an area where AF can improve just a bit to take their service from Good/Fine (3 stars) to Great (5 stars).
