The quality of materials was good. The initial workmanship was not. They had a couple of guys who did not feel like they knew what they were doing and had to redo almost the entire installation.
They're difficult to contact to schedule.
They did a great job.
They did a great job installing the fence at my home.
I got really, really bad service from them. I was very excited about getting this done. We signed with them in May of last year and they just finished the fence in March of this year.
We would be hesitant to recommend Accurate Fence because of the process they used. They nailed it up at 8:00 at night using flashlights, which they had to take it all down and start over. The boards were uneven and they built over a stump.
That fence job they did up there in Lawrenceville. As a matter of fact, I've got another friend that needs a deck, I thought about calling them. Basically, I had a friend of mine who’s 87 years old and from India, and so they had a language barrier based on his accent versus us being Americans. And so I called them because their name was on the fence of the next door neighbor. I took a picture and called them, and the guy came out and he told me how much he'd do it for. So I was just like the middle man to make sure the Indian guy got what he needed. So, that's all I did was stand between the company and him to make sure he was satisfied with the job. They sent out two guys. One of their names was Wilma, and those two guys were awesome because I told them what I wanted, and they told me that they had certain rules and regulations with Accurate Fence, and they had to do things a certain way; because if they didn't, they would have to tear it out and redo it. And I told them, ‘I understand that.’ But I am going to tell you this—this man is paying for this job and he has a dog and this is what I need you to do to make him happy. And I've been a carpenter for 35 years, so I told him what I wanted and I showed him how to do it and they said okay and they flew. They were awesome. I love those two guys. I would give them an A+. When they got through the second day, I said, ‘Where are y'all going to work now, you've got another job?’ And he said, ‘No we're waiting on you to get us another one.’
The price was good, and the guys that came to do the work got everything done in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave a mess. They put in a wood fence for me, and it still looks good today. I'd give them an A+ across the board. There'd be no reason to rate them down on anything.
There were delays. The estimate was inaccurate. I've had issues with the gate ever since it was installed. It's manually opened right now. The keypad doesn't work. I'm really not happy. During the install, they hit a water line. Then they turned the water faucet off at the road. Then they broke that, and they blamed it on me. It was a $1000 charge, and they wanted me to pay all of it because they said that it wasn't their fault, it was a defective water valve. They were willing to pitch in $150 toward that. My family was out of water for a day and a half. They wanted to stay at a hotel, so I would say it was a disaster. They promised to have lights installed. They were going to say they'll help install lights and never came by to do that. I've called them to see if they can come by and get this electrical issue resolved. They never called me on that. I've called them a couple times on things and they never called back. I relied on this service and they didn't come through for me. I relied on this homeowner's best survey and Accurate Fence is a leader and it was a horrible experience, so I won't recommend them. I feel like I got ripped off, and I was not happy with the service at all. I won't give them anything less than an F. I'm definitely not going to use them again. I'm not happy with the quality of work. It was mediocre work.. Not the way I would do things. Horrible customer service, no follow-up on their part. You spend that kind of money, and they should be calling saying, 'Hey Eric, what can we do? We want to make this right.' Nothing like that. Of course, they deserve a D. There's no other grade. Lawsuit shouldn't be the only justification.
It was absolutely positive. Just the customer service and the feedback on options on what would be best for me to do as a homeowner. I don't remember the type. It was a wooden fence. The fence looks good. I'd rate them an A+. I already recommended them. They already did some work for a friend.
I had some issues, but then they were very responsive. I don't remember the name of the fence. I'd give them an A.
They were timely. They cleaned up their work well and did a good job on the fence. They put in a decorative aluminum fence. It is looking great today. Overall, I’d give them an A.
It was absolutely positive. You had a guy who knew what he was doing. He gave full instructions on what his plan was and how he was doing it. How he leveled the fence that was on a decline and measure all that out was phenomenal. It was dog-eared fencing. The fence is beautiful. I'd give them an A+. I've already recommended them several times.
I'm still waiting for them to come back, because there were some issues I had with my fence and it's been almost a year now. I talked to them a couple of months ago to come back out to take care of my fence, and I still haven't heard anything back. I called them several times and the issue hasn't been resolved yet. It's just that the fencing is real loose, and I've been complaining about it. So I've called them several times and they're supposed to have been sending someone else out, but no one came out yet. They put in the black steel fence. I'll say a B with a slight complaint.
Accurate Fence did a great job. They followed up. They were there when they were supposed to be there. The install was good. Just all around, they did a really good job. They did a black chain-link fence. I'd grade them with an A+.
We had a good experience. They did what they said they were going to do, and we were pleased with the job. Black aluminum fence. The fence looks good. I'd give them an A.
They came back and fixed the issues that they had, and the fence looks great. There's no issues so far with the fence. It's stable. We had a wood pine fence, a double-sided fence. The fence is still looking good. I'd probably give them an A rating.
They built a good fence, but they would not change the hardware and I wanted the hardware changed and I was willing to pay for it. They were very rude, and I would never recommend them to anybody. I'd give them a D overall. I have worked with the sales representative by the name of Jeff Keeble. They used poor quality wood. They would not be flexible on changing the hardware, even at my own expense. They would not come back out unless I prepaid for them. They wanted half the money upfront and half on completion, even though I was not satisfied. They threatened me and said I had to pay them or I'd be in trouble. So, everything about the whole transaction was not good. The fence was well built, but I was unhappy about several aspects of it. Their customer service is horrible. They picked up very well after the job. They also dug into the ground and broke my water main, and I had no water for the afternoon. This was miserable from start to finish.
I'd grade Accurate Fence a B overall.
Accurate Fence did a good job, once everything was coordinated and they got their guys on the job. It was the fact that they got it done in a timely manner. It was repairing a chain link fence. It looks good. I'd rate them an A. I didn't see anything that had to be cleaned up after they were gone.
I think their price was fair, and the guy that would be the foreman onsite explained what he was going to do. And it's been a while, but he identified some of the difficulties they ran into on the way and explained them, and they cleaned up. It was both a wood fence and an aluminum metal fence. They look good. I'll give them an A+ rating.
Accurate Fence did a good job. I told them what I wanted and they put up what I wanted. After I looked at it, everything was just like I wanted. They put in a six-foot dog-eared fence around my swimming pool. Overall, my experience with them was a B. They worked. They came out in the morning and left in the evening and the fence was up. They took the scraps and everything with them. I'd call them back if I needed another fence.
They did the work in a timely matter, did it when they said they were going to do it. And if I had issues, which I didn't, but they followed up with me several times to make sure everything was okay. It's a wood fence, pine wood. It looks good today, because I stained it so it looks really good. I'd give them A+ overall.
They said it would take two days to do the fence and it did. Everything looked good. They did it where I wanted it placed. They cleaned up after themselves, so it was good. It was an aluminum, five-foot black, wrought iron fence. I'd give them an A overall. They missed some of the things, and they had to come back and put them on, but they took care of it. They didn't get it right the first time.
They were responsive and on time and on budget. It was a picket fence. The fence is looking good. I'd give them an A.
