Adding a black out shade to my bedroom window was the best consumer experience I have ever had!! From my initial call to Three Blind Mice to final installation, I found every contact to be professional and sincerely concerned about addressing my needs. Beautiful product and a beautiful installation. OD is an amazing representative for Three Blind Mice.
Costco rebate is a plus. People are all nice, although the manufacturer is not careful enough about the orders.

Except for a problem with the wrong covering initially ordered, everything went very smoothly and the company was very apologetic about the delay in the installation of the product due to the error in ordering.
There was a discrepancy between the agreed upon color and the color that was painted. Even the designer saw that it wasn't the same color. It took half a year to get it made right. It wasn't the time, but I had to be on them like white on rice, constantly following up to make them make it right.

The curtains were installed in a remote location and there was a forest fire and Covid, so everything took much longer than expected (~1 year). I understand this was not all 3BM's fault, but it seemed to drag on. The blinds and curtains are all nice and the install was professional, I just wish, even with all the weird delays, someone pushed to move things along faster. Also, a little more design help would have been appreciated. In my order, one curtain was the wrong color and one motorized blind didn't work. These were all replaced appropriately, and I appreciate that.
This is a tough call for me. All my problems stemmed from the poor quality of the shutters, not the 3 Blind Mice staff. If 3 blind Mice found a more reliable and competent manufacturer of this particular product, then I'd be more likely to recommend them.
