We are following all CDC guidelines and monitoring health. We are also practicing social distancing, wearing masks and gloves, and using sanitizer. We can provide virtual design consults and even provide self-measure tools and DIY installs.
Not at all. I've seen too many unhappy customers with the window covering service provided by Costco.
Very happy with our experiences with 3 Blind Mice... initially they did window coverings for all our windows, then had them come back and do exterior shades. Both times we were very happy from start to finish and would highly recommend!
Great experience! Every aspect went smoothly, efficiently, and in a timely manner. I would gladly turn to 3 Blind Mice if I were in need of additional window treatments, or recommend them to others.
The service was excellent and very responsive and the window coverings look great. Overall the prices were fair for the quality of the materials.
I am very happy with the window covering. The fix is exact. Quality of the product is excellent. The staff is very friendly and I felt safe with everyone visiting my home.

This company needs a quality control person. Someone who makes sure that the installers have the product on their truck. Also need better communication between Ruben and scheduler. Had to call Ruben to follow up on scheduler; don't feel that I should have to do that.
Enjoyed working with everyone at the company. Blinds are excellent. Due to Covid order took a long time to fill but i was told that at the start!!

Double billing a client for a larger amount than the actual project and then not knowing who did it is inexcusable.

There was a lot of confusion with my order and all but two blinds had to be ordered twice. Installer was here at least 3 times.
Did slatted blinds and remote control blinds, and I love them. Also ordered blinds for my brother as a house-warming present. Product, installation and service is the best of any company I've worked with. Please consider using them! They also work through Costco, if you have a membership.
This was a sub-par experience with this company, especially going through Costco. Just because Costco offers the higher end of a product line doesn’t mean you’ll get high end installation, communication, or representation. I will NOT recommend this company to anyone and plan on sharing my concern with Costco directly. They need to know what type of company their dealing with and how they handle their customers. This company doesn’t represent Costco in a positive manner.
Yes, if anyone I know needs window treatments I will refer them, send me an email that I may forward. I think they would like the Costco special offer however. I do not give out names and numbers for privacy and "Don't call me, I'll call you" attitude that my friends and I have !

I’m very unhappy with them, more than 6 months into my original date & still job not done. Poor Customer service , unprofessional, didn’t explain the products clearly. Over all I am not happy
We are very satisfied with the service in every aspect of the area, especially Kathleen the designer who did above and beyond her call of service. we would highly recommend to anyone, and we have been use her service over and over since day one.

It felt the money I invested was not worth the 4 months I waited to get 5 blinds to be installed.
I’m really pleased with my new blinds! The whole process was seamless and professional. The guy who came to measure, then install was excellent. The office called me about all appointments and reminded me the day before. I will use 3 Blind Mice again!
