Three Blind Mice representatives and installers were efficient and skilled. The blinds were installed before Christmas 2019 and work beautifully! I saw the blinds at Costco in Dana Point and the representative was very helpful and she scheduled a call!

Do NOT use 3 Blind Mice! We are now the proud owners of TWO blinds that cost over $800 but look like cheap plastic! We were told that they would stick out 1/4" but it is actually 1 1/4! I never signed any paperwork and now I'm stuck with them!

Not professional- felt shaming and blaming behavior for the work done- when some thing was not not done correctly, was quick to blame his partner. Not being professional in taking charge of inspection of job done- customer had to point out deficits.

It took several months to get my shutters completed correctly. One shutter was installed upside down, another shutter had to be replaced 3 times before it was correct, a pin was not put in one of the shutters. Once the first shutter was installed, it should not have taken 5 months to get the job completed.
Quick response, helpful representative. Delivered before expected. Quick install. A bit pricey (I chose cordless cellular shades) - will see how durable they prove to be.
We were not too happy with our salesperson. She kept asking us what we wanted, never making suggestions that we could consider. We know nothing about shutters and could have used an expert, not someone who just writes down whatever we say. The installation guy that came out told us that what was on the contract was not possible, so we needed to redesign the project. In the meantime, our salesperson was on a vacation to New Zealand, and could not update our contract in a timely manner. We were not happy about the process, but I will say that the installation/measuring guys got everything perfect and the shutters look great.
