No, I would not recommend we start the process in February and did not get the l right blinds until October. It’s too long of a story to put down.

The whole experience from the scheduler to the project management team were excellent. Communicated efficiently and provided a wonderful experience that transformed my home.
3 Blind Mice took care of the electric, roll-up shades in my father-in-law's apartments. We then used them for our home with wonderful, insulated, honey-comb shades. Great color matching for our decor and measurements were perfect; thank you, Marc. Ruben followed up with wonderful coordination for the whole project and the installation team was efficient and pleasant to have in our home. Those are the reasons that we keep coming back to 3 Blind Mice. Did I mention the wonderful 20% sales that they offer as well? Now I did. Please call 3 Blind Mice and have the same wonderful experience that we did.
Customer service was outstanding!
The scheduler for the installation called us to schedule our install. We called her back a couple hours later, but then never heard back from her. We called her again a week later and still never heard back. We then called the main office explaining what happened and they said they would have the installer. Call us directly. He never called though. We STILL did not get a call from the scheduler, nor the installer.
Then finally a few days later I sent a strongly worded text to the scheduler and got a text from her response from her scheduling our install. She literally did not even apologize or acknowledge the fact that she had blown us off for several weeks! It was remarkably bad customer service.
Then, the installer did not show up!! We had changed all of our plans and stayed home for the day in order to have our blinds installed and then they didn’t show up!! No explanation was ever given for that! We called and complained and a new date was set. They did show up for the second date.
We started this process in April and we still do not have a completed job.
From the sales person to the installers everyone knew their job! Excellent work
Only 7 stars as the consultant made a huge order mistake, and set us back 6 months. However, 3 Blind Mice did correct her mistake at no extra charge, so that was very nice.

The whole process was easy except for the 6 month wait for windows. That seems to be the norm for new windows. Installation was terrific.

The customer service is horrendous. The “project manager” Robin never called me with any updates. The only time I talked to her is when I called her after not hearing anything for weeks. I spoke with her boss and anytime I asked where my product was, the answer was always “oh, we just got it yesterday” even though I spoke with the installers and they stated differently. The installers were amazing though but they are sub contracted and not Three Blind Mice employees. The only reason for the 1 is because the young man that answered the phone genuinely seemed to care that I was being ignored after they cashed my check otherwise everyone else gets a 0.
These gentlemen were always courteous and very responsive.
