The walls in the house are about an inch higher than the floor for the walls the along the houses exterior.
The walls that are only interior are still level with the floor. We're the two meet the baseboard is higher for the exterior wall and the ceiling corner looks like the outer wall rose and pulled part of the ceiling with it. Floor seems level and no cracks. Was told it could be house sinking and floor should have cracks but after removing carpet floor seems fine except by outer wall. trying to figure out if that's what needs fixed.
