Process was well defined and everything was top notch

They did a good job of applying the siding but did not clean up after and we had strong winds that blew extra materials around causing damage to our fence. I had to clean it up twice before they picked stuff up and was never compensated for my time or the damage to our fence

Everyone was very easy to work with and professional, they answered any questions we had and the final product is gorgeous and amazing.

overall so far its been a good experience, have been disappointed in the quality of the screens installed, we have a follow up visit scheduled very soon we will see how things play out after that

I was not impressed with the finished job. Called to have someone come take a look and it took them a while to respond back.

Your company does not provide a personal touch as most of the dealings are through email. Not even a phone call after the project was completed to find out how we felt about the project. And, a survey to complete online.

The person that installed everything was very professional and cleaned up very well. We had a little disagreement. He did not have the handicap bars because they were not on his order, but it has since been taken care of.

Windows ain't worth the cost

Very pleased with the look of our new shower. Installer was very professional and courteous. Asked questions to be sure everything was fitting what we expected. Let us know if he ran into any issues and how he was fixing them. Plumber also was very professional and polite. Even came back next day to double check a few things were working properly.
