overall so far its been a good experience, have been disappointed in the quality of the screens installed, we have a follow up visit scheduled very soon we will see how things play out after that

Your company does not provide a personal touch as most of the dealings are through email. Not even a phone call after the project was completed to find out how we felt about the project. And, a survey to complete online.

The person that installed everything was very professional and cleaned up very well. We had a little disagreement. He did not have the handicap bars because they were not on his order, but it has since been taken care of.

Windows ain't worth the cost

Very pleased with the look of our new shower. Installer was very professional and courteous. Asked questions to be sure everything was fitting what we expected. Let us know if he ran into any issues and how he was fixing them. Plumber also was very professional and polite. Even came back next day to double check a few things were working properly.

I would recommend Lowe’s for their products and for their knowledgeable service representatives

Matt and Robin were(are) top notch. They were courtesy and meticulous.

Everything was done just the way they said they would. I didn’t have a couple of suggestions, however.
