Window arrived broken/shattered glass this should have been checked at the warehouse and install should have been rescheduled prior to removing my existing windows. Installer installed a smashed window and I've had to look at a blue taped window since May 27th. This is unacceptable!

I have a window that was incorrectly installed in my downstairs bathroom the glass in the window was supposed to be obscured as it is in the bathroom however my windows were installed months ago and I've been attempting to get this fixed and it has yet to be fixed. He first attempt at fixing the window took multiple months for the part to come in and it wasn't correct and now I'm in the holding period again of waiting again and have not heard anything about when my window might be fixed

Lack of communication, not closing the loop, windows were measured twice & still 1 window was the wrong size, customer satisfaction does not feel like a priority. Someone had to come out 2 additional times to complete the work that had already took 12hts to do.

I’m completely upset at you people. You installed the wrong screens on the second story of my house and I can’t get the right ones put in. We are paid in full and I can’t seem to get this resolved. I’ve called repeatedly with no results.

Delivery schedule that was promised was not kept.

I would recommend the service but I would encourage the buyer to make the expectation around not damaging the surroundings clear to the install team.

They were professional and installed the windows in 1 day.

Salesman would answer my questions and attempted to help me when needed. Installers were professional and cleaned up.

Not sure. The install went well, but I hear a lot of loud popping and cracking as the temperature changes during the day. I don't know if that's normal or if I have problem.

During installation, one of the window stoppers was broken. Worker said they would come out to replace. Never did. I called to get it replaced. Of course their response is much slower than when I signed up for the initial purpose.

Deal is not buy so many get so many free. Very misleading. Just cut overinflated price in half to look like it. Window frames and house siding not rebuild like promised. Would not recommend!

Great customer service from initail encounter to final communication.

The back door is hard to lock, the screen door does not stay on track, and the window does not work well (locking mechanism to keep window open, one side falls out). I could not be more disappointed with the product.

I have had no follow up from my sales rep after he sold me the windows. No follow up from window nation wondering how everything is going with the windows. Some of the windows are very difficult to shut.

Since the first consultation, to the measurements and installation.Experience was unique and pleasant.

I have been requesting a fix on a window unit for over a month or more and no one has come to asses the repair. These were newly installed windows and one doesnt close properly.

I would not recommend using any window replacement company in the middle of the winter. We had 23 windows out in a very short day. Nonetheless, the Window Nation people did a good job.

I had a broken window installed and it still isn’t fixed. It has been several months.

After the initial meeting with the installation consultant the post customer service agents and installation managers are not supportive and do not respond.

I could not set up an in person appt because my husband was not interested in the process. These decisions are made by me and he is quite happy not to be involved. All done by email which did not provide the opportunity to review choices. Most likely would not have chosen those installed except for crank style - they are the aesthetically pleasing. Others do not extend all the way up leaving small viewing area. Too much framing rather than window

Everything, they were Very Friendly, professional. And got my windows done in a short time.

The worst communication I’ve ever had. Hard to get anyone on the phone, scheduling is terrible and they act shocked when I can’t say if I’m free for an entire day 3 weeks out without a time window. Measurement tech came wrong day and had an attitude with me for not being there. Trying to have an issue from install fixed has been a terrible experience. I would’ve had two other exterior doors replaced with this company but will not go through this misery again.
