I would not recommend using any window replacement company in the middle of the winter. We had 23 windows out in a very short day. Nonetheless, the Window Nation people did a good job.
I had a broken window installed and it still isn’t fixed. It has been several months.
After the initial meeting with the installation consultant the post customer service agents and installation managers are not supportive and do not respond.
I could not set up an in person appt because my husband was not interested in the process. These decisions are made by me and he is quite happy not to be involved. All done by email which did not provide the opportunity to review choices. Most likely would not have chosen those installed except for crank style - they are the aesthetically pleasing. Others do not extend all the way up leaving small viewing area. Too much framing rather than window
Everything, they were Very Friendly, professional. And got my windows done in a short time.
The worst communication I’ve ever had. Hard to get anyone on the phone, scheduling is terrible and they act shocked when I can’t say if I’m free for an entire day 3 weeks out without a time window. Measurement tech came wrong day and had an attitude with me for not being there. Trying to have an issue from install fixed has been a terrible experience. I would’ve had two other exterior doors replaced with this company but will not go through this misery again.
All appts were on time and install was smooth
I was very satisfied with how we were treated from at the beginning to the very end of the installation.
I would still recommend Window Nation to friends but do feel there needs to be improvement with contacting the company with questions or problems. And with returning messages to your clients.
They were clean and efficient. The windows look nice.

You made it extremely difficult to proceed with the paperwork. You had great difficulty coordinating with the HOA, which took many, many phone calls to rectify.
Professional, courteous. Left my home spotless of debris. I’d call them again. And have referred the company to friends.
The job was done exactly when promised. The crew was friendly and competent. They cleaned up after themselves. It was really painless!
Communication was very difficult. The process took a lot longer than it should have.

My first project of all windows and doors was great had no complaint until after the job was done and I ordered a storm/ screen door for my new back door. I didnt realize a screen door did not come with it. It took me several text messages and phone calls to finally get an answer, and several more to get a contract. I had several questions on the contract and sent a text with my concerns and never recieved an answer. This is forcing me to go elsewhere for my door.
I booked appointment on a Friday so most of work would be done while my autistic daughter was at a program . Took weeks to get appointment. Scheduled 8-10 to be at house, called 9 times before customer services emails finally reached someone in Hartford. They called at 10:46 and told me they were at a service call and it would be another 45 before they got to warehouse that is an hour away and calculating with no traffic would be there by 1:00ish. This was my only day off . I let loose and told them in no way am I going to put my daughter thru noise and banging for hours after she is home. I told them that is an inconvenience. Amy said, my Autistic child being around that is not an inconvenience, she then compared her to a crew that dropped her water heater on the stairs and that’s an inconvenience. I was totally insulted by her autistic remark and comparison, she should be ashamed but instead she threatened to cancel my order and told me I will be charged for canceling due to their service call at my scheduled time and said she will cancel my order and bill me the 16,400 dollar cancellation fee and drop my windows and door in my front yard !!!!!

Seamless process. Decent financing with Goodleap. 2 Ukrainian guys put the window in. Sad my window treatment did not fit after though. Some plaster chipped around frame, a crack line but otherwise the windows is in looks good and slight privacy tint I like, didn't take all day. Satisfied
Due to the inconsistency of my product orders, already having to have two new windows replaced and still waiting for proper hardware to come in I will be hesitant to recommend. The reps have been nice to speak with, understanding and informative. The installers have been punctual ,clean, hard working , friendly, and knowledgeable.
