We are very happy with our dccision. The roof was done quickly and efficiently and it is beautiful.
They fulfilled expections from my initial phone call through installation and clean-up.
The quickness of the job, information relayed by the team
Great job but room for improvement.
They did great work and their professionalism was out of this world. They did an excellent job. They walked me through the steps and explained things to me. They returned calls and the team was very nice to help me understand and answer my questions.
They were quick and on time, and they did amazing work.
This team was awesome they worked so hard and they were polite and considerate with our property. We highly recommend Semper Fi. !! We love our new roof.
An excellent company and representatives from the beginning to the end of the project
Roof look nice but did not follow plan
Yes, i's highly recommend them.
Team worked very well with one another. (Very close group of guys!). They were professional snd communicated very well!! Definitely would refer them.
Leslie and Tory in the office were awesome and if they didn't have the answer, they found someone that did. Manny was a great project manager and Evan was very communicative and Eloy was a great crew lead.
Not a single issue during the initial discussion through final completion… we’ll see how things go long term but thus far… excellent job!
Couldn't believe completely done in four hours . Looks great if it doesn't leak I will be very satisfied.
I am highly unlikely to recommend.
Everything was really good, I can't complain.
Yes, very likely to recommend. I was very impressed with the way everyone worked together on the team. And everyone was polite and respectful. I love my new roof!
Poor communication. Project Manager left early and crew did not speak English, so I could not ask them questions. Parts of roof do not look right. I have been trying to have someone investigate my concerns and answer my questions, but so far, no one has come to look at the roof. I have had no post-project quality inspection on a roof that was put on over two weeks ago. Was told someone would be at my house the morning of March 6, but no one showed up and there was no communication regarding that. I sat around waiting for someone, even had to postpone a meeting I had. No respect for the customer, in my opinion.
I would recommend Victors!
Overall solid work. Some small areas of improvement.
The work crews were great. I’m disappointed in communications from the office.
The quality of the work was great, but the communication was terrible. There was no on-site leadership. Workers were very productive, but lacked any kind of supervision
Many nails left around the house. One trash container left marks/dragged across our driveway.
Great service
I was glad to have the roof installed quickly. I suspect that there are aggressive sales tactics used as I was assured that crews were the best of the best, and yet, site cleanup was horrible. There are still loose nails on my roof. My yard was littered with scrap metal, garbage, nails, screws, and an actual handsaw blade. Half of my standard hydrangea tree's branches were chopped off; no one mentioned anything to me about it (as if they hoped no one would notice), but I noticed as soon as I returned home that day because, guess what, homeowners are going to notice details. The base of the stand for my front-yard garden bed lantern was broken; the actual lantern post was driven into the ground adjacent to the base. ZERO transparency or accountability for damage. There was no communication re: day/time of installation of gutters. I was never informed that the gutter guards were on back-order. I was never informed re: day/time of installation of gutter guards. I called MHI multiple times with inquires regarding installations/warranty, was told that I would receive a callback, and never did. The real icing on the cake is that your contractors damaged the siding of my home. I was told that this would be addressed, and nothing has been done. A "manager" was supposed to assess the damage last Thursday (2/26) and called me same-day to inform me that he was busy with warranty complaints (doesn't exactly instill confidence in my new roof) and couldn't be at my home until Tuesday (today). I have not heard anything from anyone regarding what will be done about the damage inflicted to my home. Again, ZERO accountability for damage. Definitely seems like a "write a check and we're done with you" kind of company. I regret that I paid for anything without learning what would be done about the damage to my home. Amanda was a pleasure to work with, but that's about it.
