We have had two projects done by power so far. The work that we receive is good quality work that I am pleased with. The sales portion of this company has serious training and work to be done. Not happy at all with the amount of time it takes to get quotes and to still have things be wrong or measured incorrectly.

I like the look of the windows. The sliders are alittle difficult to lock when they are above the kitchen sink and washer and dryer. Also, it would be nice to have a lever to stop the windows from opening all the way so I don't have to worry about someone coming through my open window we'll sleeping.

We paid a lot for the windows and door. They are beautiful and great quality. Just had one issue with the sliding door frame that is not seeming to be addressed as promised.

They went above and beyond any other company we've had do work on our home. We are very pleased. We loved that they had a quality control person who came out and checked the windows and made sure we were satisfied.

Power is a very reliable company and were fair with their assessment. The quality is efficient and was completed within a day. I like the way the windows improved our home. I appreciate the team and their professionalism.

Every project had something that wasn't quite right, but not much was going to be done about it. I'd give the quality of the workmanship a 7/10. With what feels like a 10/10 price. The window installation war well under my expectations. First install cracked all 3 marble window sills on the windows I had installed and didn't finish the inside to my liking. They came back, replaced the window sills, and did one of the worst attempts at spackling, which I'll need to address on my own now. How the heck does such an expensive install not included finishing the whole job inside and out??

Cost is much higher than other contractors.

Professional staff were easy to work with. My husband asked me to take the lead on design, style, color/pattern and options. I was even consulted during the install before each step. Accessories were placed at heights that I preferred! Highly recommend!

My shower drains more slowly than it used to, even though the plumber replaced the pipe with a larger diameter one. I don’t know who to call about this.

I am very happy with the job! They came in a couple of weeks earlier than they told me. Brian and his crew were friendly, efficient, and cleaned up everything perfectly. They did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them again.
