Excellent quality and warranty

Terrible communication with 3rd party vendors for pouring cement. They were supposed to come around 9:00 but showed up at 4:15. Next day they said 4:00 pm and showed up at 8:00pm. They covered my sprinkler head with cement. Awful work

Very unreliable as to responding to phone calls and text messages.. Particularly the supervisor(?), Cesar.) They scheduled to fix problems in the original installation, was not able to come due to a reason in the delivery of the corrected materials. That appointment was made several weeks before.
They made a second schedule and was not able to fix all the problems. Again, material problems.
Calling them to set up another schedule, not getting a full response up to now.

The products look good and are likely higher quality than at some competitors but the Aggressive sales experience and lack of pricing transparenvy and high cost negate the rating here.

It's a custom fit. It's moatly aluminum with 6x6 beams. The crew was conscientious and polite.

Very professional!

- The siding was supposed to be part shakes (smaller part) and part Dutch lap. Only Dutch lap was ordered, so to avoid delaying the project, I agreed to go with all of it.
- They didn't order enough siding, so the project was partially finished for over a week waiting on more siding. This also delayed the gutter installation.
- They didn't order enough gutter material, so that remained unfinished for a few days.
- The gutter color I chose was not available, but I didn't notice that a different color was substituted in the contract. The installer said the color I chose was discontinued. I had a photo of the color samples that I chose, and I don't think the substitute color looks as good with the siding. Maybe I should have noticed the color change, but I think with something as major as color it should have been pointed out and the customer given a chance to decide what to do.
- An exterior electrical outlet box was broken. I wanted to replace in anyway, but still more care should have been taken.
- Nails were left all over. After the first part of the siding installation was done (and they left because they were out of siding), I picked up over 50 of their nails (easily identified because new and shiny). That doesn't count all the nails and screws that fell out as old things were torn off. When I had my roof done years ago, they had device with a magnet and went all around the house to pick up nails. It seems like that should be standard for siding installation too.

High pressure Sales, some people don't like that.

The quality of work. The installer was knowledgeable, courteous and did a fantastic job.

Crew was polite, worked quickly and did a great job. Gutters are performing well in heavy rain.

We had a complete window replacement by Champion in our home 21 years ago and have been so happy with them. At that time, Champion windows seemed priced right and our windows have held up very well. My opinion is that Champion has a lot to be proud of with their products, personnel, and reputation.
