Great service and the job was done right!

Installation sloppy scratches on the aluminum silicone on the glass windows were left dirty $300 for window cleaning a skid of cement was left on the front yard killing the grass. Have not received a final paid in full invoice after several requests. The second installment for payment was drawn on my checking account with out notice causing an overdraft. I was told I would receive a voucher for a cruise haven’t received it and no follow up assistance for it.

The guys that did the job were very nice, product seemed to be of high quality.

A week long job took nearly FIVE months. Am SO disgusted with this company. Right from the get go it was a nightmare! Constant mistakes and no hurry to correct them. Will NEVER recommend them. Will file a lengthy report to the BBB.

Everyone was great, excellent communication , and excellent service

From the sales guy to the installer everyone wasn't on the same page. The installer decided to change what was decided to put on without consulting the homeowners 1st because he felt it was better

The communication at the office was subpar. When I had an issue, which I had to call 4-5 times (check the call log) I had long wait times for anyone to answer, then I got transferred to the actual GR office. Julius was called 2x, we left messages & he never returned our calls? The following day, Julius and myself got into a straight up screaming match! I told him to quit interrupting me and he was VERY unprofessional! And he’s the boss?? It was chaos! Pull recording so you can hear him screaming at a customer, who was only trying to get the job done! Friday, Sept 25 at 9:35 am.

I’m not ready to recommend Leaf Guard for how it works because we just had it installed five days ago. What I can comment on is how right down to the sales rep that came to our home exactly when we expected him to how knowledgeable he was about the product, thank you Austin.Also to the two young men who came the very next day to install it. So professional and and very hard workers. They arrived right on time finished when they said they would be done and left the place spotless. Thank you Nias and Gabe very much.

The window looks great and the installers were respectful to my home, courteous, and efficient. I gave a 6 because of the high pressure and the fact an appointment to gather information about Champion windows and cost turned in to a 4 1/2 appointment. I should have said no just on the pressure alone. That is on me.

We are not satisfied with quality of work and after work no walkthrough

The product is great, but communication between the sales team, production team, installers, and myself was lacking. Also, the price point was a bit higher than I was expecting, but I agreed to it because I believed I was going to get a superior experience as well as product. I was wrong.
