I have no comment, there is too much to say.
They came and installed in one day. The installers were very professional and informed me of what they were doing.
I got the solar panels installed, but I cannot turn them on because the boxes were installed wrong. Those must be redone, and I am going to be paying double to get them reinstalled. With financing, the cost of the solar panels was triple the price. So, I basically got ripped off. I signed all the papers, so I am screwed and still have no solar power.
Nationwide Solar was great. Everyone was good.
From start to finish, Nationwide solar kept to their word.
Communication, professionalism, integrity.
Highly recommend their work.
It took way too long for completion
Everyone I talked to and worked with at Nationwide Solar were very helpful. Kyle worked the most with me. He was so polite and helpful, and stayed working with me through so many stages of the process until it was completed! I would recommend this company to friends and family!!
They were supposed to have a man come out to change the meter, and he changed it during a power outage while we were gone.
No communication
The process took a long time to complete, because I had to go out of town for "family need" in Minnesota. The Solar people were patient and worked with my schedule. When we finally got to the point of turning it ON, Andrew and his partner had come all the way from Seattle to serve me and 2 or 3 other customers.
Andrew reminded me to choose a password for my account, and I didn't know I needed one. Above and beyond their duties.........GREAT.
If Nationwide was to show that they stand behind their products and the contractors that install them. I would recommend your company to a friend.
For example in my case:
If Nationwide was to pay my electric bill during the time that my solar panel system should have been up and running if it passed the initial inspection to the actual time it went on line that would change my current opinion of your company. I imagine that there are customers out there that having to make power bill payment and solar panel loan payment could be difficult for them. If your company would give some kind of garranted compensation if the system was not up and running by the scheduled date this would say a lot about your products and contractors (they are top notch).
Everything took way longer than we anticipated. I presume that might be industry-wide. It was a really long process.
Nationwide Solar does what they say and makes it happen. I was very satisfied with the service.
It was pretty easy, the whole process from start to finish. There was some miscommunication midway, but overall it was a pretty good experience.
They were very professional and got the job done fast snd efficiently.
Everything was professionally done. The workers were very courteous.
It was difficult to communicate with the same person more than once.
It was seamless. There were no problems and from start to finish it was very clear on what was coming up next. There were 7-8 little deals that we did and it was all great and easy.
I was very happy with them. It otook longer htan ih tought bu thour hosue awas ah rade rjobj thant ht aey wothorugh it was ogign to be.a lal ina lal a very good epxeirnece.
Maybe my experience was an outlier but while all the folks I dealt with (a LOT) were great to work with, their intercommunications where terribly lacking. I would get a VM from someone at NWS and get back to them, end up leaving a VM and the next day or so, another call from a different NWS person with the same VM. And their coordination with the electrical installer they used for me was almost non-existent. I realize that part of the problem (which shouldn't have been a problem) was that I wanted critter guard (CG) installed. The installer came out without any knowledge of that being part of my purchase agreement. Then it took forever for me to get it across that what I wanted was a specific kind of CG (not that junk plastic mesh stuff - or wire, that doesn't look good and doesn't keep out squirrels - if plastic). The Vancouver team told me they were totally unfamiliar with CG. I later found out that that wasn't true because the two person NWS team that came out to install the Nixilite Solatrim CG were very familiar with CG, just not what I wanted. BTW, they loved the stuff I picked for CG - looks great, keeps out squirrels and was very easy to install. Again, very nice, sincere folks all along but inter-team communications could stand to improve.
Very disappointed with this company. It was a complete headache to have the solar panels installed, I would never do it again. They did not communicate with each other and with me properly, my loan rate expired and I had to take a higher rate. Then they gave the installers the wrong project , so I ended up with 18 holes in a brand new roof on the wrong side of the house, which they still have to fix and I am not gettin anywhere with them. Then, they sent me completely different Solar panels from what we agreed, so I had to fight with them to take them back and give me what they promised. Over all, horrible !
I have recommended to my friends at the exercise club. When they ask, I say Nationwide Solar, when I should be saying John Ray, the marketing fellow from Klick, that sat for a long time explaining the technology to me and my daughter and stayed in touch with me during the installation and made sure the order/materials were correct; any concerns were clearly explained; fine young man. I will recommend John from here on.
Everyone was very helpful.
When they first contacted us, I felt the communication of information as to how it was going to work seemed a bit flawed and inconsistent.
They were very professional. They kept me updated on the process from start to finish.
