Dwyer Restoration, in my opinion, is the best in town. Their customer service and construction staff are excellent, always communicating and giving the next steps that will be occurring. I interviewed 5 companies, and none of them impressed me as much as Dwyer Restoration. The owner, Dan Dwyer, is a very detailed man and only wants to do excellent work. I am so happy I used the Dwyer group. I have a background in the home building industry for over 40 years, and I have seen lots of construction, and Dwyer Restoration does the work as well as anybody I have ever seen.

Dwyer Restoration is a reputable company, and I have been thoroughly satisfied with the work performed on my home for this and other previous projects. When I realized that the vendor scheduled to do the work on my home specialized only in flooring and would not be able to complete all of the necessary repairs I needed in the wall as well (due to a leak I had with a faulty pipe), I quickly secured insurance approval to call Dwyer Restoration. Dan Dwyer was gracious enough to take on my project even though part of the project had already been ordered (flooring)and scheduled with the other vendor. Robert, the estimator, was diligent in assessing the details of the project and what would be required to complete it to perfection. I appreciated his and Dan's flexibility with me in what I wanted done. The project manager, Edward, was most affable(even with my pup, Baloo,who always wanted to play with him🙂) and was efficacious in delineating the details of the scope of work, ensuring that I had the special paint color I had chosen, and even allowed me to request a preferred tradesman for the job. I waited 3 weeks extra for an incredible tradesman, Juan. He is meticulous in his work and takes much pride in a job well done. His commitment to excellence is reflected in the canvas of his work, and I was quite pleased with the final presentation. The final walk-through was conducted by the production manager, John, who was delightful and friendly and did a thorough job in ensuring the quality of work completed. In sharing my fantastic experience with this company, I mustn't forget the ladies in the office: Valerie who is impeccable with coordinating and communicating timelines and dates to ensure that I knew exactly when everything would be scheduled, and Shanna who wraps everything up so efficiently on the final business/payment end.
