Best Choice Roofing was pretty fast, and they explained everything with what I needed to do. I was very satisfied with that.

They were all great to work with; very helpful. I had a couple of issues and they got right on it and handled it. They were all great.

There was a lot of talk and no follow-up; in fact, they never really did finish the job.

They were prompt, fast, and did a great job. They cleaned up the area afterwards. I did not see a nail or staple anywhere. They even used a leaf blower around and on the deck. Very good

They did a great job on the roof itself, but did a poor job of considering my plants. They destroyed some of them. I asked them to push the materials off the side since there are no plants or roses on the side. They pushed off the back and front. I asked them to please push it off to the side. It destroyed my 8 foot elephant ears and broke some branches on my rose brushes in the front. I was not happy. When the guy came out that I signed the contract with, I discussed it with him. I discussed it with the person in charge of the crew. I attempted to discuss it with the crew, but they were all Hispanic and no one knew what I was saying. The roof looks great, but I was very upset with my yard. I am hoping the elephant ears will come back in the spring. I made one of them come down and crawl through the stems and pick up the shingles and black paper. Furthermore, I asked three different people to protect the plants and roses. This is an issue they need to address.

We did have to call them back one time to smooth out the buckles in the original roof. It is now fine.

The team kept us informed at all stages of the contract.

Project management was not good as well as your general manager not honoring what your salesman sold me.

They provided a thorough inspection and provided recommendations to our Insurance Company and all was approved. We had very timely manner for the roof replacement, within 2 weeks from the approval it was installed

Dale was very helpful and answered all questions and Laura is just amazing

They messed up my satellite dish, the gutter around front had all the nails or screws removed and nothing was put back, I can see shingles missing from the ground and I was told we would have a 3rd party to inspect the roof and give a report but no one has done that yet
