Lots of things are messed up, like the hanging gutter helmets. Best Choice Roofing said they'd come today, but I'm not sure if they came. No one has got in touch with me. My old shingles look better. It looks like I have a patched roof. I told them, and no one came to fix the problem. Someone came one day and said it looked like they put mismatched pieces. It is supposed to look pretty.

They came out and they were quick. I made the call that morning and they were out within a couple hours. I had a new roof within a week and they had the best pricing around.

I haven't been to the house, so I haven't seen the roof yet.

They took it upon themselves to help with talking to the insurance company to help get the process started with financing it.

Material was put right in front of my door and I had trip over it every day. They didn’t clean up at all. On the peak of the house the vents they put in was all the way to the back of my house but 3 feet away on the front. The spouting guys did a good job except they put a down spout where it didn’t belong

I just wanted a physical inspection of the problem that was presented to the company with a photo to the office manager so that you could explain why it was like that and if it could be fixed
