The metal roof that I had installed was not per industry standards . I noticed several items that was not done correctly. The job site clean up at the end of the day was a mess. Nails left in my drive way , yard . The project manger did meet me onsite to discuss the initial items that had not been done correctly. He did schedule the team to come back the next day to correct all the work that was not done correctly. The repairs were also done . The project manager called me and said all the repairs had been done and scheduled to meet with me to collect the final balance . When I inspected the roof they had bent several of the new roof panels doing the repairs that should have been done correctly the first time. They offered to replace the panels that were banned, but I told them I had no longer wanted them to be on my home working on the roof. I have no confidence in them that my roof was done correctly they agreed to lower my price give me a discount towards the original balance and call it a day. I don’t have taken that money that they returned to me and had to hire another roofer to come out and buy new panels and install those things correctly.

The only reason it's not a five is because the communication lacked a little. The workmanship and final product are excellent.
They did a good job. We had a few hiccups but it all turned out well.
We had some issues that were brushed away and not addressed. We were told that we won a free vacation. It was either a cruise or a week in a condo. We haven't heard anything about that. There was damage to the leaf guard gutters. I understand they were old, but it was the way they were put back on. They said it wasn't their issue. We had to do it ourselves. They did the roof before the ice storm. After the ice storm, when things started to thaw out, stuff started to blow off the roof. The leaf guard gutter was not put back on right, so it was flapping in the wind. I was leaving messages and texting the guy about it. I wouldn't recommend them. I get that the gutters were old, but there were other things that they damaged. The skirting around my trailer was pushed in and broken. It was just little things like that. We had the roof replaced on our shed. There was a 2025 Indian Harley-Davidson that cost $30,000 in there. They were getting debris on it. There was not a supervisor from Best Choice Roofing until the end of the day. It was the lead guy who didn't speak English that was here the whole time. If I had questions, I could only talk to one guy. They were dropping things so hard on the roof that things were falling off the walls and off dressers. Something that was $200 fell off of a dresser, and it broke. There is no reason to drop shingles that hard. It wasn't like that before. It is what it is. It is over now. I would not recommend them to anyone else.
I am satisfied with the quality of the roof; however, I am not pleased with the Customer Service Representative. I am still waiting for a return call from them, and the lack of communication has been disappointing.

From the time we were first contacted by the representative to having the new roof installed, the entire process took less than a week.
The front part of roof is fine but the back part of the roof where the fireplace is to the end of the roof the singles are still not laying down.

The lack of follow up by Dean on what he would do, in the contract I was to get a 3rd party inspection for wind up intill now all I hear is bs . Chris has done what he’s said, workers were fine and roof looks good. I hate being ignored and filled with bs.
After the install, I referred them to a cousin of mine. I found something I did not like, but they came out and fixed it. They were installing singles at night without any lights. I have construction experience, so I thought that was weird. Some of the shingles were sticking up, but they came out and fixed them.
Yes, the gentlemen worked so well. I was surprised by the swift way the worked.
Our roof is still leaking, I have called our rep to let him know.
They would not be my choice for any roofing needs.
Best Choice Roofing was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I didn't even know they were there.
Although they came and completed the job, the job itself — as far as putting the roof on — was satisfactory. But the problem is that when they were putting the roof on, they got dirt and shingles inside my pool, and they didn’t clean it. They just left a mess in the pool, and now I have to figure out how I’m going to clean it so there’s no damage to the pool, because the shingles could scrape the bottom of the pool when trying to take them out, causing a hole in the liner. I wish they had done a better job securing the pool so that the shingles and dirt did not get inside. So I called the salesman, Mr. Black, about the problem, and he assured me that a manager or someone would give me a call to rectify the situation. I did not get a call from anybody. So it is hard for me to give them a high‑quality review because nobody took the time to listen to the customer. I tried calling over there, and nobody picked up their phone. So I’m kind of a little upset at the fact that this could’ve been taken care of very easily with just some dialogue and communication.

We had a lot of issues, and the bid that was quoted by the project manager, who did not keep up with the project correctly, was almost double the price when completed.

They were knowledgeable, easy to work with, and took no time at all to get it all done. They were great.
They were pretty timely when it came to answering my questions, but towards the end they kind of fell off.
The crew did a good job, but the salespeople are hard to get a hold of.
