This is the worst experience we have ever had with what is supposed to be professional bathroom installers. The contract was signed mid—June and it is still not complete. The approach this company takes is “we’ll make it fit” and it does not matter the poor quality, poor workmanship and overall poor aesthetics of the project, they seem to think it is acceptable. Please avoid this company at all cost.

first, they sent the wrong walls. Did not notice until the installer was getting ready to install them. They needed to reorder them. It took another month. I was without a tub or shower all that time because I only have one bathroom then the shower diverter was missing. so only one shower head could be hooked up. After another month I called to find out when the piece was going to be in. They didn't have the right finish, but they had one in a different finish. That was 3 months ago. So now it's been 5 months, and I still don't have the right part.

Easy to work with from the start. Very professional. Salesman showed products and helped bring my vision to life. Project manager kept me well informed throughout the process. The installer was here for three days and was very helpful, organized, and completed the job professionally keeping me advised to progress and status all along the way

They didn't do the job that I wanted done. They came in with showers that are rain like. I think I was supposed to have a grab bar. They didn't put another in. I didn't have to pay for the shower doors. I appreciate all that they did for me but I am very unhappy.

A bit pricey.

I don't like how the financing was handled. The guy who worked on my house was excellent.

Excellent quality material presented and used in installation.

I am a person who does NOT do survives. I have to here. They are the best...
