The walk-n bathtub is a great product. The installation had some issues. The biggest issue was the person who measured the bathroom door thought the tub would fit through the opening. The door was widened on the installation day, but the tub still could not make the corner, so a large hole was cut in the living room wall to allow the tub to be installed. A new door was installed and the wall was fixed 12 days after the installation date. Another issue was the finishing of the plumbing. The plumbers did a great job, but had to leave for another job without completing the shower head installation and the final turning on and testing of the tub. That was done 2 days after the installation. Also, the salesman had mentioned that he would be here during the installation. That did not happen and his phone number was out of service.

Additional Thoughts - First and foremost, we love that Mike Harris was personable! It was easy to talk to him about what we wanted. He walked around our messy home (we just moved in) lol. He was knowledgeable about the products that your company provides, not just windows! Very courteous and not pushy at all!
