A 3 day job, simple shower stall installation, took over 7 months to complete. First, measurements were wrong and they had to reorder material. Installed new material, which was still wrong, (showeyrwalls weren't square!) and had to reorder again. Installed new, new material and it appeared ok, but the shower leaked. Blamed me for causing the leak by choosing the wrong door. Reordered yet more new material and finally installed yesterday. Shower stall is still not square, with gap at top of door. And waiting to see if it also leaks again
Everyone I dealt with were extremely polite, respectful and just NICE young men..it was pleasure to deal with then,
The agent was nice and the installers all tho took longer than expected did a good job.
Wrong item sent for installation
There was a lack of communication. They are unorganized, inconsistent, and the performance level was pretty poor.
Work crews and office personnel were very considerate and easy to work with.
