Dates kept getting pushed back. They did not bring a corner caddy that I paid for and again I am not getting calls returned regarding the status of this. Throughout the whole process I kept getting different individuals who were supposed to be in charge of my job. One manager was rude and would not stand behind what I was told by my original contact. Therefore the vanity and sink/faucet i purchased and was told would be taken off my original project price as they didn't carry any that I liked and I could find one on my own. This cost me about $1000.00. I realized a few days too late that this company was extremely overpriced and told I had signed a contract that I couldn't get out of. I am a retired widow on a very fixed income and had to use all the money it took 2 years to save up for my bath. Also now I am stuck with a credit card through Home Depot that will take me 2 years to pay off if I make $600.00/month payments. I have been constantly stressed, depressed and feeling abused throughout this whole process. My dreams of doing my kitchen and replacing floors have been shattered. I will be 70 next month and had looked forward to having a house that would be nice to last me for the rest of my years. Very unhappy and disappointed in this company.
They were prompt and got the job done quickly and professionally.
They brought in canvas material and laid it down to walk on, but it was dirty.
While we are satisfied with the overall completed project, it took far too long to complete. Started in February and didn't complete until mid June.
We didn't get all the pieces we ordered and although we were happy with the installation, we didn't get all the parts we ordered and the installation crew had to put old parts back in the shower for us.
I don't do much recommending but they did a good job. Installation went very smoothly, looks very good, and I am satisfied. It was done a week ago today.
The initial purchase and contract to get the windows was very uncomfortable. I understand I was being sold something, but the appointment kept getting pushed to the point I had a random man on my doorstep on a Tuesday afternoon who stayed at my house until 11pm.
Decision Making Factors - The trustworthyness of the company and the individual I am working with, as well as my needs being met, are most important when making a decision.
Decision Making Factors - Pricing and quality
Additional Thoughts - Eric my Representative that came to my house, was very professional and great to talk to about the repairs needed.
