Yankee Home Improvement has always worked with us! I had a problem before I could get it done, and they worked with me, and we finally got it done! We are still working through the problem, but they are still working through it with me. They have been excellent! I had them install a door for me, and now we are working on the windows.
Feel that the sales person was VERY pushy in that a decision needed to be made right then and there.
Had to call numerous times to get issue resolved and still haven’t gotten the $25 gift card from the consultation. I know it’s only $25 but to me that’s a lot of money

The installation crew was very courteous and professional. I had an issue with one of the parts being defective. I called multiple times. I emailed multiple times. All I get back is someone will be in touch, from customer service. I still haven't been in touch. They rescheduled three times. I strongly do not recommend this company.
