They completed everything on time and the windows are high quality. The Installer was exceptional.

The installation crew was very courteous and professional. I had an issue with one of the parts being defective. I called multiple times. I emailed multiple times. All I get back is someone will be in touch, from customer service. I still haven't been in touch. They rescheduled three times. I strongly do not recommend this company.
They're awesome. They're a great company, and they make you feel like family. They know what they're talking about, especially David. He was very knowledgeable.

I am thankful to Yankee Home team: sales, demolition, installation, and customer service, for their thoroughness with the job in my bathroom. The entire staff was patient with all of my questions and curiosities regarding every phase of the project. Although the economics of the project were less than what I expected, having the ability to finance with realistic and reasonable monthly payments, were essential to sealing the deal.
They were very professional. If I had any questions they answered them. They did a good job.
Very high pressure sales tactics, must sign right now or risk losing a "limited offer" discount. Outright lied about the interest rate for the available financing. Said it was 7%, turned out to be over 20%. Apparently they're using loan sharks in Florida for financing. Shame on us for not reading every document, but there are no paper copies when you sign. It was all done on a tablet and each document was explained by the sales rep. We didn't even want the financing because the interest was high at 7%, but somehow David snuck it in there. I did receive each signed document via email. It turns out the finance company Yankee uses actually charges over 20% APR, so David Prats outright lied to us. We probably could have gone to a loan shark and gotten a better deal. Yankee must be getting something out of this deal. We were planning on getting our own financing anyway, but if we were to stick with this we would pay $15,000 interest on a $26,000 loan. Talk about getting fleeced! They also ordered and started to install the wrong siding. When I brought it to their attention, David Prats said it might be because the correct siding isn't available anymore. What! Then why sell it to me? They tried to get me to agree to keeping the wrong siding for a discount, which I refused. The project was set back over 2 weeks while they waited for the correct siding to come in. My advice is to stay away from Yankee Home Improvement.
For the majority of it, I was totally satisfied. They kept me informed all of the time which was great. They were very informative and we would go back to them again.
Everyone at Yankee home was courteous, respectful, and organized throughout our project. When the project was scheduled, the schedule, Alaska, was terrific and accommodating, and when the crew arrived, they were punctual, polite, and professional. David, our project consultant, was amazing and with us the every step of the way.
I am very satisfied and would recommend them. The product is great. They are up front and don't try to hide anything. I am very pleased.
These guys were great. Ryan specifically was a big part of why we moved forward with you all. Not only did he demonstrate the value of choosing Yankee Home improvement, but also highlighted the next-steps for us and made the hard part (paying) as seamless as possible. We were kept in the loop between signing the papers and the job getting done by a quick once-a-week phonecall. The job itself was done well, and we are happy with our new front door. Will absolutely be back if any other projects come up- and I'm sure they will.
