Owner Addison Kaasa not only handles sales and gives expert advice on your choice of materials, he pays close attention to every phase of the work. He actively communicated throughout my project and visited multiple times to check on progress. His project managers and installers are careful and considerate. Not to take anything away from the highly skilled roofing crew, the fit and precision of the James Hardie siding installed on my home by subcontractor Willie is most impressive, the work around doors, windows and flashing really clean. He had no problem with making a slight design change to the window trim even though it meant more cutting and sawing. Before leaving, Wright-At-Home’s crews picked up all detritus. You’d never have guessed they’d been here if it weren’t for the remarkable transformation of my home’s exterior.

From start to finish, the company provided outstanding service. Wright coordinated the claim with our insurance company. The finished product is outstanding. Our experience was hassle free.

The representative who came out for the quote and helped us through the materials selection process was friendly, genuine, knowledgeable, patient, and followed through on all communications and commitments. He really instilled confidence in us on hiring WAHS, even though it wasn't necessarily the lowest bid we received. The work was done professionally and quality is great. And clean-up surpassed my expectations!

The sales representative, Addison, was great at getting us the information requested and answering the questions. Roxanne was great with scheduling and answering any questions. The crew did a great job on the roof and clean up. It was toward the end of the season and they were great in getting the new roof on and yard cleaned up before the cold set in.
