The person that delivered the materials, delivered the wrong color, and it was very upsetting. After the installation, I noticed the quality was not very good, and it was touching the pane. When I called them to come back, the tech who came didn't order the materials right away, and I was upset.
Would give you a five if delivery time was shorter

I totally enjoyed the whole experience. Palani our salesman was very thorough going over every window and placement in our home and giving his recommendations. The scheduler Amanda was very helpful, gracious and accommodating to us as I had to move our install date a few times due to the Covid 19 considerations. The install was FANTASTIC; Rayden was incredible and neat, cleaned up each day and was the last to leave the job and the site very clean as was Johnre. These guys were absolutely Terrific. I even had a follow up to a window blemish and the employee John Lum saw a partially torn screen and he replaced it right then and there... You all did a really FANTASTIC JOB! I am totally happy with the whole process from start to finish and even the follow up. Great Job by all; we are a totally satisfied family.
