Beautiful, clean, well-designed windows. Installers were on-time and very professional. When I didn’t like the direction one of the windows opened, windows Hawai’i offered to remake and re-install a new window for free.
Communication with company was poor. Took many months to receive windows. No one kept in touch with me. I had to initiate all communication.
I was just satisfied with the whole installation of the windows. Everyone was very courteous, and they did a very good job.

It took 22 weeks for the windows to come in. They could never tell me the status of when they would arrive. When they were installing them, I told the installers that it took 22 weeks, and they said, 'You were lucky. Some customers have been waiting one year.' They all said that--all three them. The other part of the story is that I negotiated what's called a liquidated damages cost at 15 percent. That was triggered at 20 weeks. The net result was I got $3600 on a 24,000 contract. That was good for me.

It was good quality. They were fast and very neat in what they do. They showed me how to use the windows. I didn't have any problems.

Excellent work. Expensive windows (I bought the Ali'i Extreme) but excellent quality. The guys showed up on time, worked hard, finished on time and cleaned up completely. We replaced 28 windows so there was a lot to clean up, but after they left everything was just as clean as before they started. Friendly, polite workers. Completely satisfied with company, their staff, and their product.

You missed every deadline and did a sloppy job putting the windows in, and it took two years.
Installers were awesome. The length of time from the order/payment date to the installation was 7 months which seems too long. Also the screen doors on the lanai are horrible. We’ve had to put a stick in one side in order to close them. Also still waiting for a part that the installer said he would order. Don’t think it was ever really ordered.

I would have given 5 stars but one window cracked when installed. A replacement for it took 3 months. I called several times for a status regarding the replacement and literally was given the run around.
Windows Hawaii is a great choice for window replacement on the island. Their products are well worth the investment, increasing home value while adding comfort and style. You can’t go wrong with investing in Windows Hawaii. Their warranty gives you peace of mind. Their sales staff and installers were all professionals. The end result was better than I expected and I absolutely love the new windows. I am so happy that I invested in Windows Hawaii.

With all the miscommunications and the times I called and the promises that were made to me but not kept, I would not recommend Windows Hawaii. The customer service fell through the cracks majorly. Even though they tried to make up for it and issue me a refund, the job still took way too long.
They had great service and we are very happy with the results. We would highly recommend this company.
