With all the miscommunications and the times I called and the promises that were made to me but not kept, I would not recommend Windows Hawaii. The customer service fell through the cracks majorly. Even though they tried to make up for it and issue me a refund, the job still took way too long.
They had great service and we are very happy with the results. We would highly recommend this company.

We were just visiting for 2 weeks in Hawaii and we wanted to get a contract for windows before we left. Mario went above and beyond to make an appointment to see us the day after we landed. Everything about the process was excellent although it took almost 7 months for the windows to arrive. However we were told upfront that it would take that long. It was worth the wait! I love my new windows. They look beautiful and my house is so much cooler. From Steve, the salesman, Kurt, the project manager who did perfect measurements, to Jhenre and his crew....excellent and professional service.
The job site had debris that I had to clean up, damage to a floor trim panel and the windows took longer than quoted to get in. The windows look great!
It took too long for me to get my windows. I paid for it in December and didn't get it installed July. I was told it would be done in April. Other than that, its good and I'm happy with my windows.
Product and Installation were good but sales and administration needs a lot of improvement.It took over six months to have our windows installed. 2 months after installation, we have not recieved a final inspection and warranty from our sales representative.
My windows were actually delayed several months, first due to my order being placed on Black Friday. However, the staff kept in constant contact with me. Updating me with the progress of my order. My windows were finally installed in June, 7 months later. They were very apologetic and even discounted my fee more to compensate me for the extensive delay.Note: (Please use rating from Wendy T of Aiea. Masaji - my father, passed away in 2009)
Great looking windows and they do a great job of keeping the heat out. Installation could have been better. Delivery times were very slow.

I am very satisfied with my purchase from Windows Hawaii. My house stays cooler and the noise from outside stays outside. The windows are easy to open and clean. When they were installed the installers were very professional. They kept the area clean throughout the installation and when they were done they thoroughly cleaned up the area. I'm very pleased with my purchase from Windows Hawaii.
I'd give it a 4--for the people who installed it. Nobody gave an update to why my door was sticking too long. I had to call myself. Mario was very good when he came to my house to collect the check. He came and knocked on the door, and he waived the credit card fee--which was $30. That made it pretty good.
I had asked them to wait a year for me, and they were very accommodating and kept in touch throughout the year; that's why I appreciate the professionalism and the service. Also, we love the windows.
The windows are top-rated and it allows us to enjoy the tradewinds while feeling safer from any intruders. We received excellent service from the estimation to the completed project. I would definitely recommend Windows Hawaii to my friends and family!
