The caulking around some of the windows does not look good.
The salesperson that I had, Everett Schuster, was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and very hands-on in my decision-making process. He did an excellent job, and I would recommend Window Nation.
I am not happy with how rushed your installation service was. The team trying to rescheule last minute and now having to wait another month for them to fix the poor installation
I told the salesman I didn't like only getting the best price if I signed a contract while he was here. Tells me you don't believe in your own product. By the time I decided to cancel, 3 days had passed and I could not. When I told the salesman that my screened in porch would not hold someone standing on it, he added $800 to the contract so that they could build a scaffold. I told that the installation lead person. He told me that they could install the window from inside. Then later, I saw they had a man on top of the screened in porch just standing on a board. So I was cheated out of another $800 AND they ignored my wishes. When the crew arrived the lead went over the pices they would be installing. They didn't have the green trim I asked for. They had a light tan, so the lead had to go retrieve the green. And the price is way more than I could have got through other companies. So, one star. Would not recommend to anyone.
Extremely poor communication! Window leaked in home and I had to wait too long for partial repair. Keys stuck on the door for all to see and had to wait multiple weeks to have some come remove them and replace broken locks. I felt real safe waiting for that. I’m still waiting for them to come replace the casing that got wet. I could have gotten the same or better service from Home Depot for 1/2 the cost and 1/2 time. Instead I trusted a big name and a fast talking salesman.
My neighbor needs door and window replacement. He is waiting to see how you do.
We are very pleased with the quality and installation of the windows.
The salesman, Jim Doyle, was accurate with his presentation of the product. The installation crew was professional.
The windows are fine. The salesman was good. The measurement guy was fine. The installation crew was very good. My problem is with the management that would not talk to me about a change order that they imposed on me. I replied to the change order emails twice that I would not sign and I needed to discuss the situation. I called our salesman who tried to get somebody to respond, but it never happened. Finally, at the eleventh hour, I caved and signed so as not to mess up my schedule. There was one window in the order that they said could not be made by the manufacturer. I wanted to talk to some responsible person about it, maybe get some options or ideas. I didn't get any help.
The experience started off good and ended "fine". Everything in the middle was not good. Very difficult company to communicate with after the sale is made. I would not recommend to anyone. Window quality is fine. Customer service is not.
Window Nation was the first people we called so we were hesitant to "sign on the dotted line" without some assurance we could cancel our purchase. We were assured by the saleman that we could cancel and/or adjust the financing (within a timely manner). We indeed requested a change in our financing. First we were told we could not do so, even as the windows would not be installed for weeks. Ultimately, we were able to change the terms of our repayment. We signed off on the new terms BEFORE the windows were installed.
After the windows were installed, we unfortunately became aware that the new terms were not those of the repayment contract with Service Finance. We contacted our salesperson, and emailed both the salesperson and Window Nation finance person who redid the terms. Neither were interested in correcting the problem. The salesperson called us back and my interpretation of his message "sorry sucker, you bought the windows and the repayment is not my problem..... call service finance. Ultimately, I had to file a complaint with Service Finance Complany. The repayment schedule was adjust to the new terms, but the resolution was seemingly made possible by SFC. At no point (despite numerous calls to Window Nation) did we receive help/calls from Window Nation representatives to verify that we were completely satisfied with everything.
We have concluded that Window Nation is a company only interested in selling windows, and employs representatives who care little for the people to whom they sell windows, and who will say ANYTHING (truthful or otherwise) to sell those windows.
Every person that I had contact with in person or on the phone were very personable and knowledgeable. The installers were wonderful! (very personable and hard working) The windows are great!!!
If I hear of anyone needing windows I will definitely send them to you
I highly recommend Window Nation
Window Nation was very professional and pretty easy to work with. We're happy, obviously, with the windows and the service. That would probably be the extent of my public comment. The product could be a little better, but for what it is, it's a good window. I think the finish could have been a little better, but regardless, overall, we're satisfied.
The installers were very courteous and respectful.
From the start with Sales to Install, to Customer Service, to finishing a punch list - Window Nation was fantatic to work with!
I was very frustrated if not annoyed that it took nearly seven weeks for the sales manager to send a description of the cost of one window and separately a list of the costs of the sliding glass door and double unit window, to me which I needed for an insurance claim.
Great windows that exceeded expectations for quality. Didn't like not being told ahead that all black windows have some white that shows. Minor installation issues were resolved promptly. Flex screens are great.
Very efficient service.
Cost was fine, time to delivery and install was fine, installers did clean up but I am still picking up pieces of aliminum and plastic. The installers also missed calking several seams and part of the aluminum frame popped out.
Give the best price at the beginning instead of making the customer negotiate. Just bought the windows and now you have a "buy 4, get 4 sale." Was I taken? Should I have waited for the sale? Don't like that I keep getting emails after the fact, asking for referrals, etc. TOO MANY EMAILS. Also, I had to ask for a receipt after paying in full. Never did get an itemized receipt; it only shows that my balance is zero.
Window Nation staff was great to work with. They were all friendly and respectful of my home.
On install day one of the screens arrived damaged and was assured it would be replace. I have had several communications with Andrea and Justin the local leaders with no results. I continue to get the run around or no response ot my inquiry.
I paid $9,000 for brand new windows and have had to call to have them serviced bc my windows are leaking. Someone came out and said he “fixed them” but they are still
Leaking.
