I appreciated working with everyone during the process from receiving a bid to the gutters being made and put on.

Very dissatisfied with the plywood count. You added 13 extra sheet of plywood at a cost of $90 a sheet. There was no way for me to convince your people that they may have used 13 extra sheet however those were not all used to replace damaged sheets beyond the work I paid for in the contract price for replacing the soffit sheeting. I can only see 5 sheets used outside the soffit material. This was just a way to ramp up the price. This is poor customer service.
