The company provided us information, conferred with ideas for siding applications, and allowed us a flexible schedule for the installation. We have had many neighbors stop by to check out our finished home and have even had real estate agents calling to ask if we would be willing to sell our house as they have clients interested. Ultimate Exteriors of Colorado Inc did an exceptional job of siding our home. They changed the gutter/downspout configuration which eliminated the massive waterfall on our front entryway and steps that had been a problem for years. They put flashing around all the windows which eliminated all the leaks we had had in the past. They worked with our deck contractor to make sure there was no problem between the siding and the deck. They fixed any problems they encountered. The construction site was always totally clean at the end of every work day. We are 100% satisfied with the way the house looks upon completion. The crew did a fabulous job!

We felt very comfortable with Dan and Don after our walk-through with them, and happily for us, their quote came in very competitively with the others we got. In addition to siding, they put in new gutters and new windows for us. They were able to start the work even earlier than planned, and communicated with us to make sure that was OK on our end. The men who came to work every day were friendly and hard working, and the job was done in a timely manner. We really liked that they put the gutters on top of the trim at the side of the house so it looks streamlined. Several years ago, we had several windows in our house replaced. We decided to have Ultimate Exteriors do the remaining windows and a patio door for us, and they were kind to go back to the manufacturer of the first windows we had installed (even though this is not a company they normally work with) to make sure everything matched. Their quote on this was as competitive as any window company. We were very pleased with their work and would be comfortable recommending them.

This was not the case with Ultimate Exteriors as the crew showed up at the crack of dawn everyday and worked full days until the project and all the details and were addressed and completed to our satisfaction!

I would like the commend the installation crew, that did the work on the house. The lead man was Don, Potts, Jeff and Quinn. All four of them were excellent, both is workmanship and quality assurance. I've had so many compliments from my neighbors and every one has seen it. It completely changed the look of the house. The photo album book provided showing prior homes that had siding done really help me pick colors for my house. Very nice touch in this digital age.

Ultimate Exteriors of Colorado was one of the most professional groups that I have worked with in years. I have been remodeling my home for the last three years and have been sorely upset with the quality and performance of all most all of the contractors. Ultimate Exteriors was the exact opposite, they were extremely professional, the crew was on-time, coordinated to perform at maximum efficiency and were extremely professional with the requests that I made of them on little projects. The lights were a special request as the backing plates had to be manufacturered by Ultimate, they were very happy to accommodate all of my wishes at each turn. I can't say how nice it was to work a such a professional crew that knew what they were doing. I am ESTATIC that I chose this company. Have had nothing but complements from my neighbors and friends.

We've seen a lot of hail damage in our neighborhood and so I was able to compare the siding they installed with that of different contractors in our area and hands down they were the best...and fast! Dan went out of his way to accomodate additional requests that we hadn't planned and I appreciated him taking the time to do so. I also appreciated their no pressure approach, unlike some other contractors.

Nice to start. Hurried at the end. Did not like criticism and final walk through with the owner never happened. Had my lights ever been screwed in correctly the painters never could have turned any of them, as the crew of Ultimate blamed all of the electrical on the painters, and actually they had nothing to do with it. They did not cut a wire, nor not connect a wire on the tall E. end motion detector reachable only by ladder, and inside the box that had to be opened by the electrician.
