The house looks great, a very noticeable and dramatic improvement. PM was always responsive and professional and was willing to fix and address any issues we had as soon as he could (he did the fixes himself). I know there are a lot of supply chain and worker availability issues to deal with that make it hard to predict a schedule. I felt like sales could have been more upfront about that.In the end I'm glad we chose Twin Cities Siding Prof and I am glad we did the project. I would have liked more notice as to what the schedule was, but I got the impression it was too hard to predict. The work, attention to detail and overall quality was outstanding, just took a long time. (4 months start to finish for a 1200 sq ft house, the actual install time was a couple of weeks)

We were very happy with our experience with Twin Cities Siding Professionals. They provided us with many examples of their work, and specifically identified previous projects that had the same materials/colors/style we were exploring so we could really envision what our finished product would look like. They always responded promptly to our questions, and the crew worked tirelessly to finish our siding in a timely and professional manner. We love how everything turned out and we had neighbors stopping by constantly to comment on how beautiful our house looked.

If I was to knit pick, I can only think of 3 things that didn't go according to plan. (1) Some things we talked about painting with sales didn't make the quote and costed extra when realized. (2) Breakdown in communication with the electrician (which I had a hand in) caused some rework. (3) Dryer vent got sided over. All of these were addressed quickly and fairly after they were discovered. Overall, TCSP did a great job. I can highly recommend TCSP.

The installers worked in horrible weather but still did a most excellent job -- the finished product looks great. The installers kept the area very clean throughout the project. Our Project Manager was fair and fast to react to the few things that did not go exactly to plan. Lots of people have stopped in to tell us how good our house looks. City inspector mentioned how good of a job the installers did.

We had a large job with unknowns regarding scope of moisture damage with our 20 year old stucco. Twin Cities Siding Professionals made a clear bid highlighting potential variability given the circumstances. They made it all happen within tight timeframes and the crew was outstanding. Full stucco removal was done skillfully, concern areas were fully addressed, and they resided using Hardie products beautifully. Additionally we had issues with other contractors work and Twin Cities provided outstanding interior drywall and painting services, agin to meet a short timeframe. They were instrumental in getting our house ready for sale and the quality of their work helped us to sell above asking price following the first day of showing.Mike Setrum was exceptional managing the work and his communications went above and beyond given the final work had to be completed when we had already moved to the west coast. Brent Nelson brought his team to the rescue for interior drywall and painting work, again with very good communications getting us out of a difficult situation, expertly reworking botched drywall repair left by another contractor. I could not recommend this company more highly.
