Our water heater install is not yet complete and started about 9 months ago.

Have had nothing but trouble with generator

the salesperson lied and did not sell me what we had talked about

I have not lost power as of yet, so really have not had a chance to test system. But thier installers and we’re very professional.

My only complaint is the difficulty reaching anyone by telephone for any purpose; multiple transfers, long waits on hold. This is a major problem and keeps me from recommending TriState as enthusiastically as I might otherwise.

I think they charged me to much

Have already told several people how happy I am with service and equipment.

Rapid response, installation in one day.

Power went out this evening. Generator did not come on. This is the first outage since installation. Electrician had a hard time with install because of our free -standing solar array. Finally told us he'd spoken to Generac for the solution. Apparently not

Install took nearly a week instead of the promised day with a trench, exposed wired and exposed gas line and we had a one week old puppy. Then the unit wasn’t functional for nearly a month.

Have referred several friends to look at home generators

The day of the install, I had a family member passing away at my home. I was unable to be outside with them. They were very courteous. My complaint is that the young guy hooking up the gas asked if I had any hot water heaters that he needed to light back. I told him yes, I have 2 in the attic. After the gas crew left, I asked the electric crew if he knew if they lit them. He called and they said yes, they lit them. The next morning, I don't have hot water. My husband passed away a few months ago so I had to get someone to come light them for me.
Then, I saw where they drove across my manicured lawn with the equipment carrying the generator. There was no reason for this since there are 2 empty lots next to me. It messed up my lawn. The weight of it left tracks that I have to fill in and repair.
I'm very unhappy about this.

It seems Brandon did a good job on wiring, but there has been no follow up and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with anyone at the company

Tri State was prompt at getting with me and getting me an estimate once I called and made my needs known to them. The installation crew was right on time and explained how the generator worked, etc. I found them to be professional and knowledgeable.

I have recommended Tri-State to several friends but am not aware of anyone in the market for a generator at this time.

Install was prompt, installers were knowledgeable and friendly. They been prompt on updates to the operating system. They’ve answered my questions when I’ve called them.

I liked that this company carries several brands of generators and were knowledgeable about the warranties and parts. I chose one because the warranty was 10 years and all the parts are made in the USA. It is nice to have a company close enough to service the generators if needed. Thank you very much.

when the men installed the generator, they were courteous, efficient and professional.

I found a better deal by a competitor, however I stayed with my commitment to purchase their product. They have great products but they are more expensive. So, it's tough to say that I would them to a friend or family member.

Awesome and efficient service

Mechanical installer was very inexperienced and straight forward about it, that was my main concern. That showed up at the end of installation.

My expensive generator didn't work the first time my power failed.

Communication was not as good as promised and they left us a gas leak that didn't get fixed until the city person came by even after messaging our contact.

The installation crew arrived on time and continuously worked till the job was done, even though it was raining off and on. All the crew, from the electrician to the laborers, were friendly and professional. I find the unit more attractive than I would have imagined it.

The salesman promised some things that were not true. Mr Teel and made everything work. I'm sure vere appreciative of that.
