I had them redo the entire front of my 35-year-old house; multiple windows, hardy plank siding, and painting - which was greatly needed due to age, rainy Oregon, and bird damage. I also had a new glass slider put in on the back of the house. I'm very happy with the results, it looks brand new! The work crews were very professional, and their quality was great. I will use TC again in the future for other projects. Also, the management/sales team were very honest, respectful, and professional. There were no overt high-pressure sales or upselling and they took the time to educate me/answer my questions about options. I really appreciated that aspect, especially for a project of this size that I rarely have to deal with. Highly recommend.

This job was removing the existing siding and sub siding then replace it all. with all new windows. Then insulate the house. Very professional from giving the quote to scheduling the work in phases They worked well with other trades on the job. Basically, Total Comfort great from start to finish. This work required several different crews and they all did a great job. Total Confort office has the ability to schedule phased work and timing it very accurately. When i commented about this they just said we have been doing this along time and have great staff. They uncovered some surprises/ issues on way as this was a very old house. After communication each time they took care of the issue. I will use Total comfort again..

Total Comfort is wonderful. Excellent communication and a real commitment to quality even when the job is difficult. They gave excellent, detailed estimates and helped us check for asbestos in our 1957 house. Testing was done and we had no asbestos even though another company was sure we did and made this assessment without testing.
