Total Comfort is wonderful. Excellent communication and a real commitment to quality even when the job is difficult. They gave excellent, detailed estimates and helped us check for asbestos in our 1957 house. Testing was done and we had no asbestos even though another company was sure we did and made this assessment without testing.

The whole experience was worth every penny. I most appreciated the non sales pitch approach. They asked me what I wanted, what my price range was and I did not have to endure the sales pitch and up sale talk I got from other companies.

We have recommended you to at least four of our friends. We, ourselves, have used you four times at two different homes. Two for window replacement and two for crawl space insulation. We have been very happy with your service, reliability and honestness.

The installers were nice but said we should have just turned the window around instead of replacing it because it was a lot cheaper. The outside pane had a large crack and the seal was broken. It needed replaced with a new window They were very unprofessional in suggesting we take a short-cut to fix the window. Not a good reflection on the company.

Love the new windows, the people were great, and they had the best price around.

I appreciated the professionalism of the office staff and the staff that gave the estimate. I forgot the name of the man that gave me the estimate, but I really appreciated his offers of completing other tasks such a putting in my new kitchen hood vent. I will likely call again for help to put in a new patio door in the future.

Workers were punctual and did an excellent job insulating my garage. Office staff were very helpful and friendly and tried hard to get my project scheduled. In the beginning, I would have preferred a specific date for my project to be done. Not having that I was stressed not knowing when you were coming.

Total comfort bid the job when all the other contractors we contacted wouldn't even return our phone calls. Installation was fast and efficient.

I saved a lot of money because i qualified for several incentives, including an additional discount of 2% each phase of the work for paying with a check, rather than plastic.
I would recommend Total Comfort with the caveat that the work done has not been through a wet, windy, chilly, Oregon Winter yet.

Total Comfort did an excellent job of insulating the floor, all pipes & duct work, wrapping & securing the insulation, as well as laying ground cover under the house. We couldn't have found any company doing a better job. We will recommend them to anyone we hear is in need of any type of weatherization, or whatever may be needed.

We are very pleased with the exceptional job total comfort did for us. Jeremy was so knowledgable about our vaulted roof problem. The work crew did a great job and very personable and hard working. We had a new roof put on 1 year ago in June by another company, which was done very badly. thanks again to Total comfort it was taken off and vented and sealed properly.
