The whole process was frustrating; we got the estimate, but they kept raising the price of it.

I am very impressed with Tom Adams Windows and Carpet. I had all of my windows replaced. The salesman was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. There was never any pressure to purchase the windows. Every person who came to my home to measure and install was fantastic. The were on time, efficient, and professional. I would highly recommend Tom Adams.

The entire process, from choosing the flooring to installation, was seamless and easy. The installation team had pride in their work and respect for my home. This was the first time I had my flooring changed but I will definitely come back to Tom Adams when the next couple of rooms are ready for a redo!

The sales part was fine, but the install was not. All of the carpet was cut against the trim which left long slices everywhere. Also, one piece was cut short of the door way and the solution was to cut a 6 inch patch into a brand new carpet.
