Additional Comments - I was very pleased with the whole transaction, from the salesperson to the installer to the office staff that called. It was just a very well-run operation.

The entire process, from choosing the flooring to installation, was seamless and easy. The installation team had pride in their work and respect for my home. This was the first time I had my flooring changed but I will definitely come back to Tom Adams when the next couple of rooms are ready for a redo!

The sales part was fine, but the install was not. All of the carpet was cut against the trim which left long slices everywhere. Also, one piece was cut short of the door way and the solution was to cut a 6 inch patch into a brand new carpet.
