Everything was explained up front, no hidden fees, free estimate, quick communication and scheduling, quality materials, and absolutely everyone was amazing and so kind and respectful.

They did great and the guys that fixed the floor and cabinet were great.

My initial contact was very good to get my business. Field employees responded very well and were very professional and hard workers. Poor communication from customer service and operations employees with me. Very minimal communication from the office. I had to follow up on the estimate several times over three weeks. I was told that Titan had the wrong Allstate Ins. adjusters number. No follow up with me to confirm my adjusters name. Titan is contracted with my Ins., shouldn’t they know the contacts? Once I agreed with estimate and signed off, which they said I shouldn’t have received a copy, I had to contact the office for start dates, a walk thru of the project with Ops., twice, and plans for execution of project. My kitchen project was poorly planned and communicated to Field Construction manager and Carpenter. Both the Construction Manager and the Carpenter did a great job. However, the scope of the job on my estimate was not clearly explained to these guys. Materials we’re not planned out for them nor was how to repair/refinish my cabinets in detail. I had to place a conference call with these gentlemen to the ops manager to help her clarify how to do the refinishing of the cabinets. This should not of been my job.

We thoroughly appreciated the people and workmanship of the services provided by Titan. Everyone was friendly and just great to work with especially during a difficult time. They took the time to discuss each issue as it arose and minimized the disruptions to our home as much as possible. Great people, fun to work with, and a super job. We’d hire them anytime.

After being let down by another company, Titan swooped in to go above and beyond anything we could have expected.

The miscommunication was primarily my fault. The health and subsequent death of my husband combined with thee holidays Caused me to not realize they were waiting for a clearer signal from me that I was ready to proceed to the restoration phase of the project.

We didn't choose Titan Restoration to address our water leakage catastrophe; our insurer Liberty Mutual Insurance did (and then found a reason to walk away without providing any coverage). We retained Titan Restoration who had started the clean-up, to finish the job, and we have been satisfied with our dealings with them, which have been remotely from our main home Massachusetts. We cannot yet comment on the final results of the project, but the experiences of dealing with Titan have been entirely positive. Their staff has been unfailingly responsive, courteous, and seemingly competent. The Company's processes (communicating, documenting, providing cost estimates, etc.) are very well organized. We expect to be pleased with the result.

It was a very long process, however, the people at Titan communicated well, advising me of next steps at every turn. Every single person I spoke with, had in my home was professional and took pride in their work. I would absolutely recommend them without hesitation.

Titan was very good at the moisture removal method and my water damaged was dried out in 4 days. However when it came to hiring them for the contracting work there was definitely a lack of communication between the project manager and me, the customer. The delay in my schedule was blamed on my insurance company. Well I hired them because I thought they had experience dealing with insurance companies. This was my first claim and am very disappointed with both the contractor and insurance company. I think things should have gone more smoothly but they didn't. I didn't even have a large claim and I hate to think of what would have happened if I did. I was never informed that the workers were pulled off the project and my schedule was set back a week. Everytime I tried to talk to someone I was given another contact person. The work I'm getting is satisfactory but not timely. The work should have been done in 2 weeks as promised.

They did a great job. The guys were super friendly.
