The whole process was quick and painless! Everyone, from sales to the completion was professional and friendly. We were able to ask questions and got quick answers.

My instillation isn’t finished yet, but so far my experience has been pretty bad. To he honest, I wish I had never agreed to the remodel at all. I am very unsatisfied.

The salesman was friendly. The price was higher than I expected, but it sounded like a high quality customized remodel, and I am OK with paying for quality, so I agreed.

The installers were all kind and professional, and I think they did their respective jobs well

However, this is where the good ends. They installed the wrong shower in my upstairs bathroom. It is the wrong color and wrong texture. I reported this and they had me sign a work order change, which is fine, except it implies I changed my mind, which is not the case.

My other complaint is the quality of the products used.

The floor sounds like it is not even attached to the floor. It sounds like it is hollow and echos in the bathroom. The fake “wood” looks like linoleum.

The cabinets look exceptionally cheap and plastic. My bathroom looks like it is wrapped in cheap contact paper. It is hideous.

The only positive is the tub is nice.

It is hard to believe that something that looks so bad could cost so much. You would think for almost 100,000, I could have something that I wouldn’t be embarrassed of. Every aspect of the remodel is worse than what I had before, except the tub.

I now have to pay this off, just so I can save up money to have someone else fix it all.

Installers were professional, polite, kept everything as clean as possible and did a fantastic job. The communication from the day we signed the paperwork was fantastic and kept us informed throughout the process.

Went above and beyond to make our shower just what we wanted!

I would probably have left a lower score on this do to the scheduling issue, but bonuses are a part of this, and it would have effected people that didn't cause the problem, but did their best to remedy it as they could.

Like I said before, if you use another Company and get taken for you did it , I’m A very Honest Person , and I would recommend this company to everyone I know & even people I don’t know, I am very proud of my new shower I have wanted for a long time , price was really good to !

David Bell was very pleasant and thorough. Patiently explained what needed to be done and how he would get it done.

All in all this is the company we should have gone with on our other jobs. They are very job conscious and customer friendly. My wife and I would highly recommend them.

The salesman was great and very nice. But the work that he said was going to be done was not as extensive as I was lead to believe The cost is extremely high for what you actually get. I thought this was going to be a major overhaul . And it was not like that at all. I was lead to believe that the tub floor would be completely torn out and they would have to do a cement pour for the entire shower floor. They replaced maybe 8 inches of cement in the shower floor. I was also led to believe that there would be a major overhaul on the plumbing. Replacing plumbing from the toilet to the shower. All they did was change the plumbing on the shower wall with pex pipe. That was maybe 3 or 4 short pieces. It was not a big deal. Not that much plumbing was changed. Someone made a huge amount of money on this job and I do not feel like I got a fair shake on the price at all! As a matter a fact I feel like I got bent over. The cost was ENTIRELY TOO EXPENSIVE for what we got. I watched the entire process and it sure wasn’t a $22,000.00 job. The parts and labor did not come to near that much. Of that I am sure! Two guys spent 6 hours a day for two days. So on the cost factor alone I would not recommend your company to family or a friend. I truthfully need a serious price adjustment on this job. Like I said I watched the whole job. If I were to be able to re do this job I would not have used your company. The cost was EXTREMELY TO HIGH! SERIOUSLY TO EXPENSIVE Disappointed!!!

I don’t know of anyone in my small community who is considering having this work done. We are a small town with a majority of the homes being 50 years old and older. We are not a rich community by any means. But if I hear of anyone expressing that consideration, I would certainly be the first to offer you as a very good example.

I was very pleased with the final installation and quality of the product. The efficiency and quick turn around was what I needed without compromise in quality. The cost was a little higher than I might have been quoted by a general contractor but it was worth it. This was a zero stress shower remodel!

My garage organizer did not come with any hardware and nobody is giving me any information as to what hardware to get in order to use it I'm very upset with the lack of product information that your personnel have and the fact that NOBODY has the ability to follow up with my satisfaction of this project
