Absolutely would recommend Statewide they are amazing.
Every person I spoke with from start to finish was so nice. They kept me updated through it. It was a good experience
Everyone was friendly and ensured the job was done right.
Process great from start to finish!
I've already recommended window replacement using Statewide Remodeling.
Explainworked to get us the best priceed process and kept us informed
Very nice and professional. They were really careful about moving big stuff around the house made sure not to damage walls and trim
Very professional and friendly staff
They did an outstanding, professional job on everything from sales to completion of my project.
everything
Clay Reibenstein was a tremendous help. We had many stressful and unusual bumps in the road after signing a lot of paperwork on May 21 to the actual installation on Jun 26.
When I had a question, I would call Clay and he would either walk me through it or put me on his schedule and come by the house to help me work through the issue. In fact, he did this several times!!
Every time, he was so kind and patient with me.
He’s a good man and an asset to your Statewide. In fact, we were close to the 30-day deadline to cancel. He asked me to be patient a little longer
Your Statewidecompany then called a few days later-to schedule a final measurement and 9 days later our new shower was installed on June 26 by Cynthia and her crew, who were outstanding.
In my opinion, it seemed like the members of your Statewide staff were having difficulties communicating with each other.
Only Because of working with Clay and Cynthia’s installation process am I able to give a score of 10 here.
Each person we were involved with were friendly, knowledgeable, and were not pushy in any way. The sales presentation was informative and not high pressure. Installers were as clean as the demolition process could have possibly been. The process from start to finish was exceptional and the resulting finished product is excellent.
Statewide Remodeling refused to complete a small (45"x5") area of drywall in the ceiling. The Installer was excellent and was willing to install the small piece of drywall and did so, but could not apply drywall tape, mud, or paint, due to Statewide Remodeling policy, is my understanding. I don't understand why drywall is such an obstacle to their business model. It seems to me it should be a core function of any renovation/installation job
the whole experience was pleasant. We had many questions but they were all answered to our satisfaction
From start to finish, we were kept informed of timetables and involved in the project. Casey was a wonderful and efficient worker and pleasant to have in the house.
I would like to see a breakdown of costs and materials before committing to contract.
Would definitely recommend using Statewide to any one wanting a walk in shower remodel.
The whole process was very smooth, from the sales presentation, to the installation, and payment process.
Our window is perfect, installation was quick, and efficient, installed by Paul, and his son. They were friendly and professional, and cleaned up everything nicely.
I highly recommend everything about my experience from the very beginning of the whole process to the very last !!!
Since it was my 1st time to remodel I was excited to see it done.
Everyone was very kind and very patient and listened when I talked.
Great job
They were very professional and did a great job.
The job entailed two change orders. They were handled well.
Statewide Remodeling has been top notch and their concern for my satisfaction is wonderful. I really appreciate their help updating my bathrooms.
