The process from presentation to installation was very easy.

Overall, it was a good experience.

Lack of communication in the project planning phase. Was unable to fulfill the entire order. The word “remodeling” is in the name of the company, which leads me to believe statewide does more than windows. However, our entire project could not be completed. Too many people calling me about my order, not sure who my point of contact was supposed to be.

Was keep informed on everything going on and checked with us during the job and after it was done to make sure we were happy with the job and it was done with our approval.

I just booked my third project with statewide. Two showers and now a kitchen. Everyone I have worked with was courteous and treated me with respect. Their lifetime warranty and benefits for returning customers was exceptional.

The entire process was easier than we expected from the introduction at Costco, to your salesmen who explained the different materials and patterns, to Brennan, Jonathan and Michael who came to do the work.

Techs were friendly and consistently asked if i had any question and fixed or explained any issue i had.

I was very happy with the results with the job that Statewide did on my walk in shower. The installers were very polite and professional. They also made sure the grab bar was placed where it would work, with my best interest in mind. They did a very nice job on it.

Be cautious of the salesman. I wish I would of been.
