Siding Solutions did a complete overhaul -primarily on the exterior- of my termite infested, dry rotted Leucadia beach house. Eric, the business owner, was a perfect match for me on such a huge project. You won't find a better guy for James Hardie siding installation. He is honest, forthright, communicative & a perfectionist. He helped problem solve some tricky issues. He was on site every day. The tradesmen he recommended were all exceptional- electrician, dry waller, painters, roofer, garage door installer, masoner. He worked in tandem with everybody to insure a smooth, safe & timely project. He went above & beyond in so many ways- he made stairs to better access a drop in property, he added a strong wheel with steel coil to a heavy hidden outer door to better hold the weight of siding, he took over window installation after installers made too many mistakes (installers were prehired by me, not Eric), he replaced rotted interior to exterior beams and after completion I called him about a garage leak (found to be caused by a neighbor), & he came over immediately & took care of the leak. I am so grateful he agreed to be the general contractor on this job. He oversaw everything, made creative decisions & was quick to correct any issues. He listened to my ideas & made them happen. In addition he built stairs to my back alley where there was a 3+ foot drop as it was easier to access, he did a cap to the exterior chimney to prevent further leaking & damage, he did so many "extras", I lost count- & he charged minimally for this!- I feel it was largely done due to his perfectionism & desire to make my property safe & sturdy.
