They were very professional and did an awesome job. They were really nice, I enjoyed talking to them. The customer service was awesome as well. I was extremely satisfied.

Mr. Donald Beck and his son Parker were very professional and courteous. They took great care in cataloging all of my belongings and packaging them in marked boxes. I will be certain to use them again if ever the need arises!

Angie & Will were prompt and courteous. They made sure all the smoke and grease was cleaned up plus they were very careful cleaning everything in my kitchen, living room and sunroom. If I ever need anyone to do this type of work in my home, Don Beck will be the first one I call.

Parker the son of Don Beck was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional young man. He had compassion for our situation and yet stayed very professional. Service Master / Parker will be a company that I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

These guys are so great! I had a pipe burst that resulted in my whole downstairs being flooded. Don's team came out first thing the following morning and took control of what had felt like an overwhelming situation. They not only cleaned everything out, they gave me peace of mind.

Area Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with the way they did their job. Everything they did, they cleaned so good that I didn't even have to have some of the rooms painted. The fire was in the kitchen and it turned out perfect.

I will never have their employee's to clean my dog bed because their cleaning crew does not clean they run a rag around the area and say they cleaned. Everything is still as unclean. You will have carry a cleaning rag every where you touch because your hands will be black. And they will throw things out and do not tell you what it was. You can not leave them alone because you will know what they have down and they charge the insurance companies for work they say they have done and then the customer's rate goes up because of over charging for work boxes and paper and then storing the customer's boxes of what they claim is the customer's items.

From the time I called Allstate, I heard from Don within 2 hours and he was at my house exactly when we agreed. This was a Saturday evening. So grateful for his quick response, quick clean up and had the blowers going quickly getting me dried asap!!!!

I didn't know what to expect, I didn't even know that my insurance company offered that kind of service, when they came I was pleasantly surprised. They did a lot of things around the house that needed to be done. Servicemaster was great and very professional.
