Working with Schneider was a smooth process that we enjoyed. We were communicated with along the way and felt like we were part of the process and not kept in the dark. We have done nothing but raved about our house and experience to everyone and will continue to do so!

I would highly recommend Schneider Custom Homes to anyone looking to build. The process was so easy and fun to go through. If we ever build again, we will call them. They were willing to work with us to modify our floor plan to better fit our needs. They weren't afraid to try new things or modifications that we threw at them. The entire team at Schneider Custom Homes is amazing!

We were moving from Washington state so most of the process was handled remotely. That workflow worked very well with Sue being very responsive, We did make a couple trips to Lincoln to select countertops, flooring, etc. I wish we also would have picked out appliances in person, We probably would have upgraded our fridge, but overall all is good.
