Salesman did not communicate well
The roofers did a great job even though it was very hot outside. All the sales people and managers were great.r
Stephen and Shawn both were very professional and addressed any concerns I had.
Our sales guy was very knowledgeable about roofing and how to effectively work with my insurance company. He communicated well and was super timely. The work crew worked long hours and so hard to get the job done quickly. The whole experience was great.
Was told many things that weren't true. Job was supposed to be completed before winter. Job was not completed until the following Spring. Once they started, it only took about 6 hours for the entire job. Other houses in the neighborhood were completed long before mine by the same company.
Jason Beasley and his crew were great to work with- he made navigating the insurnace claim process very easy and did a great job on our roof!
