Great customer support, cares about customer satisfaction, professional

I was misled at nearly every step. I was promised a seamless one-piece shower, full mold removal, a fixed price regardless of damage. Instead, the shower was cut and seamed without warning, and “mold removal” was just spraying alcohol over plywood and building on top of it.
The workmanship was sloppy: holes left in my walls, floor tile damage patched over, caulk smeared on the ceiling and walls, paint from patchwork all over the ceiling, doors hung incorrectly, grout/caulk around the niche smeared onto the shower wall. The niche location was changed the day of install without warning, leaving it off-center despite a perfectly centered original opening.
Most concerning, the promised “special treatment and removal” of mold turned out to be spraying alcohol on the mold and building over it — no removal, no remediation, just cover-up. This is not acceptable and was a key factor in my decision to proceed.
The sales rep also failed to disclose that the door handle would be placed on the side directly blocked by my toilet, making that door unusable and forcing me to open it by gripping the glass or a tiny metal nub. I was later told this was part of specific Kohler design so the sales rep, having hundreds of sales under his belt, would have to of known this and even though at one point during the sales pitch I even said I did not need to have the door open from that side, he still failed to inform us. When someone was finally sent to address it, I was told—again on the day of—that the “fix” would require adding a large, visible grommet so the doors wouldn’t smash into each other and shatter. That is not an acceptable solution. There are so many issues I have had during this experience it would be way too much to list in a survey but I would ultimately like to have them addressed.
At this point, I’m unwilling to keep taking time off work every two weeks for partial fixes, especially when most of what remains is either not fixable or was the result of decisions that should have been prevented from the start. For $19,000, these omissions, poor workmanship, and misrepresentations have left me feeling taken advantage of and deeply dissatisfied.
What I want to know now is—what is your company going to do to make this right?

Installers were great, but they did break a floor tile, which has presented a problem. There could have been better management and clean up of dust issue by substitute team.
