Never pulled a building permit never got a licensed plumber on site till after the town inspector came and shut them down. Took five days to install call people no one returned calls.

The Kohler brand sold me and having a new shower installed in a day was worth any added cost. And the promotional 18- month financing was helpful.

From start to finish everything was great. Pete Smith our salesperson listened to our initial concerns and carefully planned an outcome that would meet them. This was no small feat because we had 65 windows needing to be replaced, in a 35 year old house where our architects had planned the windows right down to the details of aligning the house for sunrise and sunset. We had windows 30 feet from the floor, double hung windows, casement windows, windows in places where you wouldn't expect to find them. All because light, in our house, is a big deal. Pete got us custom molding to match our existing, and guided us through the install process. When it came time for the install, Quentin, Phil and Charlie were all superb. The install was excellent. When there were a few minor post-install issues, Rite Window sent a team of three men to fix it right away. All in all it could not have been better. I would highly recommend Rite Window, even to people who have extreme windows like us.

I am only giving you an "8" because your workmen were very good and cleaned up very well. Your schedulers on the other hand could be a LOT more professional. The job was delayed because of unexpected plumbing issues. I did not argue about costs or delays even though I told the original salesperson that my husband was ill and that we needed to careful about planning. A work crew came on a Friday w/o notice, when we were already at Dana Farber and wondered whether I couldn't come back to let them in. I called your office to say we needed to be back at DF Monday; left a message. After several contradictory phone calls--to the effect that the scheduler was gone by the time I called and didn't get in Monday until 9AM--I re-arranged a whole day and was here for the crew on Monday. I had one brief telephone call with the office in which a gentleman apologized, somewhat less than whole-heartedly,
