Variability in service post application and and a couple of errors in the initial install. Not serious issues but definitely inconvenient. Resolution once escalated was, however, excellent.

We sent pictures of what we were not happy with. Holes for the shelves which were not in the right place and more had to be made. We now have extra holes, though they can’t be seen that is not the quality we expected. Also, there was a huge space between the panel and the wall which was filled in with caulking to “fix It”. Again pictures were sent. Not the quality we expected.

The quality of these windows are not great. The screens don't seem to close evenly, the windows are getting more difficult to slide up and down and there are drafts that occur in several. I have been chasing you folks for weeks on this and I have to check back each time to find out the status - you took months to actually install them when I was told 6-8 weeks and I am deeply regretting this decision.

My questions were answered in a timely fashion. The team kept me updated before and during the install.

The experienc was better than I expected as the sales person lived localy, well dressed and well spoken. The terms nand conditions of the sale were also attrctive.

The windows look great. The installers were very nice and efficient. Cleaned up well after everything was installed.

I would definitely recommend Ritewindow for shower . It was a spur of the moment thing for me to have this done. I saw something saying get a free estimate, so I filled out the survey. I had not really thought about it previously, I had no issues with my older tub , but I am getting older and I thought “yah know maybe it is time to get a walk-in shower. So glad I did.
