Professional, work was done in a timely fashion, responsive to questions and follow up detail.
Communication, work completed
Very helpful and willing to answer any questions and address any concerns.
They were really good about being in touch until we signed the contract. It felt like we kept moving from project manager to project manager. I asked questions and wouldn't get replies. I wasn't satisfied with some of the work. I told the project manager about it, and he never did anything about it. There were nails everywhere, and the window work looked a little shoddy compared to the original work. Overall, I wasn't happy.
Communication!!!!!!!
They did a good job overall. Everything was well done, taken care of with a lot of hassles back and forth and issues with pricing items. Some items had outrageous prices.
I would not hire them.
Professional, impeccable work and helpful throughout the process!
I rearranged my schedule to accommodate getting the roof there was no communication between the supervisors and the roofers. They came the second time and told me they could not do the work because they did not have enough people so then we had to rearrange the schedule again. They were supposed to roof my shed and they didn't so then we had to rearrange another time horrible experience
Absolutely I will recomend anybody PRQ for there roofing needs!!
The whole process was clear and easy.
The process was very easy
Everyone I worked with made the process very easy.
1. PRQ provided the wrong product information for my HOA Approval paperwork. They gave me “GAF Timberline HDZ Weathered Wood” when I actually purchased “GAF Armorshield II - Weathered Wood”
2. The new roof was installed October 21, 2024. The roof was finally inspected on February 4, 2025. Someone failed to schedule the city inspection in a timely manner. PRQ replaced my neighbor’s roof a few days after mine. His roof was inspected a week later. I waited 3+ months.
3. PRQ’s gutter contractor, “Brother’s Gutters” did a terrible job. 3a. Two gutter extensions were missing. I had to go to Home Depot to buy them. 3b. They failed to use downspout hinges on the north side of the house. 3c. One downspout on the north side of the house doesn’t reach the ground. Someone failed to measure the downspout properly before they put it up. 3d. One west-side downspout wasn’t fastened to the house at all.
4. PRQ’s paint contractor failed to paint one window sill on the west side of the house. Who knows if they missed any on the second story.
5. PRQ screwed up State Farm’s “Roofing Installation Information and Certification for Reduction in Residential Insurance Premiums” form. PRQ incorrectly wrote “Timberline HDZ Weathered Wood Shingles - Class 3”, when they should have wrote Armorshield II Weathered Wood - Class 4. I would have paid a higher insurance premium had I not caught the mistake.
Great experience!
It took a while to finalize everything and get our gutters and paint done. The roof was done quickly and with no issues. They also called us many times trying to finish the job when the job had been finished a year prior.
Everybody that I have worked with has been very friendly and easy to work with.
There was only one person that made the experience better. I started the claim process in October and the work still isn't done. I got messages from them about more information. It's been eight months now. They are overpriced and their work quality is lacking. They came out so high with the bids. I spent most of the time doing supplementals with an insurance company that does this on a regular basis.
Made a lot of promises they never kept.
The billing process was in no way transparent. I never received an itemized list of what PRQ actually did so I could compare it to what my insurance company approved/funded.
Fast and quality work
PRQ bid to repair our roof after a hailstorm. They coordinated with our insurance company so it was seamless, and the installation only took 5 hours! I am extremely impressed with them and their service. Highly recommend.
Great quality. Attention to details Neighbors even compliment us on our choice
I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this company and will never work with them again. Their communication is unprofessional and aggressive, with constant threats of liens and contractual obligations—even when the billing mistakes were entirely on their end.
They overcharged me for painting gutters that were never painted and ordered a sliding glass door when I had already hired a third-party company to handle that. they left nails in my garage that they did not pick up. On top of that, their third-party contractor tried to overcharge me for windows, which was yet another billing error.
After overcharging me and issuing a refund, I simply questioned the final bill, and instead of a professional response, I was immediately bombarded with emails from Nick and Rachel threatening to place a lien on my property on the same day my insurance company confirmed the bill was accurate without giving me the day to pay the bill.
I have notified my insurance company not to refer them again, and I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when working with them. This is not how a business should operate, and I would never recommend them.
The amount of communication and overall professionalism of representatives.
They were all nice. I have not gone on the roof to see the job.
Michael was exceptionally helpful in explaining the entire process to me. He ensured I understood each step and kept me thoroughly informed throughout, making the experience significantly smoother and less stressful.
There was always quick communication with the project manager, who was also very polite and respectful. However, there were a couple of breaks in communication with the guys doing the work: once with the roofers, who had to come back and do my shed, and again with my solar panels, who I’m still waiting on to install the critter guard upgrade I purchased. Otherwise, quality of work has great. My patience is being tested on when this critter guard will be installed, as I’m still waiting after a month of notifying that it was not installed.
I was kept informed through the process and they worked in partnership with my insurance company.
I’m not going to say anything was wrong but it took a long time to get the roof inspection approved.
We thought PRQ Exteriors as incredibly unprofessional. The contractors were terrible. Not a single job that they did was completed correctly. Every job we had required them to come out multiple times. Communication was awful. Quality of work was awful. Now that it's complete, we are incredibly dissatisfied with the level of work.
Very thorough through the entire process. Communication was great
Always communicating clearly, open dialog with managers, kept to contract and time line.
Very happy with the quality of our new roof
Worked very closely with their sales person to get the insurance lined up to cover the whole roof, when only a small portion of the roof was actually affected by wind damage (Per Colorado law). This process took more than six months. But once done scheduling of the uninstall of solar, the roof replacement, reinstallation of solar went very smoothly. Work seemed to be very good until first windstorm when several shingles blew off the roof. This shouldn’t have happened, as high wind, velocity shingles were used. PRQ quickly got someone out to fix it. Unfortunately, about a week shingles From the same area of the roof blew off. They were very responsive to get people back out here to make sure that the job was finished properly and done right. We will see if it is in the next wind storm. I appreciate their responsiveness, and overall the work quality, Attention to detail, and cleanup was excellent.
The one downside was, they did use a subcontractor for fixing the drywall in the garage ceiling, which had gotten wet from rain damage. The subcontractor sent two people who were not very skilled at installing drywall (by their own admission, and by what I witnessed. Plus the price that was paid for the drywall installation service was ridiculous. While it was covered by insurance, the quality and workmanship Was not worth the cost. I would give these guys a 1 If I could separate out the two pieces of work
I don't like how they milked out my insurance company to gain a big profit.
Amazing team. From sales rep, to inspector, payment process and handling of my insurance company.
good communication, very effecient, super clean work
It was the best service I have ever had.
They are a great company to work with.
This project took three seasons and we were never satisfied that it was completed. PRQ informed us after the fact that they did not perform the gutters and subbed the project to parties that could not deliver, added additional costs, and damaged our roof and siding. After all that, PRQ continued to send invoices a year after completion to reconcile what they thought was due. One of the worst experiences with home repairs ever!
Great company. Professional, impeccable communication throughout project, knowledgeable, roof done fast, great clean-up, roof looks great, inspection passed.
Excellent communication w me and my insurance company.
I’m not going to say that who ever did our roof didn’t do a good job, I assume they did. I just don’t like the way they handled business. We were never knew how much the roof was supposed to cost and how things were handled between them and the Insurance. We felt like we got screwed in the end’
The communication and overall execution of the job was poor. After the initial sales pitch and “rope in” to use (if insurance approved new roof, must use their company) the job fell apart. The installers ruined brand new gutters that were placed a year prior to roof replacement, the installers left a huge mess and attempted to cover up the damaged gutter. Repair people from the company had to come out 4-5 times. Each time someone came they found something else that needed repair. There was no project manager on site day of install, as was told there would be, so how do you communicate with people who don’t speak English and don’t respect the property. A really big disappointment and quite honestly who knows if the install was even done properly. I would not recommend this company, but rather caution and not recommend to someone needing roof or home repair work.
They were great to work with and coordinated insurance
PRQ not only did a great job with my roof replacement, but their flexibility with my schedule and patience with my situation was amazing! It is a well run company with attention to detail and I fully recommend them!
Very professional, worked closely with the insurance company. Work was done on time
After dealing with them directly, I have recommended them to 4–5 people, and they move smoothly and quickly.
They were awesome to deal with.
