Profire LLC is a company that takes care of everything. When you're dealing with a home renovation due to an accident or incident, they are very knowledgeable about working with insurance companies. The admin side of the company is fantastic and the workers that come to the job site are very friendly and kind.
I have done renovations in the past and this one was on time and so professional. My 95 year old mom had to go through this and Byron was so gracious and kind to her. They were amazing.
I was very pleased with the workmanship and the quality of the men that did the work. They knew what they were doing. The only disappointment was it took longer than we anticipated. We thought it would be quicker but in the end, we were happy.

Area For Improvement - There could have been better communication and transparency between all the parties involved, specifically about checks being cut to Alacrity but Profire not being aware. It became confusing but it was not the simplest process. In the end, a document showing all the payments against all the costs would have been helpful.

Areas For Improvement - There was one instance which was easily and very quickly corrected with confirming the price for a product we had chosen which was a second choice. As a result, we had to return the product because it wasn't affordable. Had the price been confirmed with me as to where it was being chosen in advance, we would've been able to save a small amount of money and not give the extra work of having to return the product. I mean, in terms of attitude and how they responded to it was fantastic! It was just that one miscommunication that could have been so if I have to say it would be that.
Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most quickly how professional and courteous they were. They were so polite and anything that came up they were above and beyond, willing and eager to make the process as easy and painless for us. Respectful, courteous and would even follow up when we moved home and there was like hey what about this? What about that? And within 2 hrs I had the crew back here doing very tiny details and clean up. It was incredibly impressive and we are actually going to engage with them with one of the counterparts for another project we were so impressed. Counterpart meaning parts of the crew we used.

Additional Comments - The work is done but they left a mess. Also, areas on the ceiling look terrible. The floor is very warped at the seams and it does not look flat. They did a terrible job with the painting, it looks patchy. However, they were nice people.
Profire came onsite after I’d had issues with a previous contractors repairs. They were able to redo, more so replace the work from the previous contractor with work from their team. Roof and porch repair from heavy tree damage. Re-repaired roof areas covered up by previous contractor and their craftsmanship on the porch was incredible. These guys know their stuff and were incredibly polite and cared about their work and my house. Extremely impressive!
Areas For Improvement - Absolutely none! From the first visit to clean up, the crew went above and beyond every day!!
Areas Of Satisfaction - Again, not cutting corners, uncovering things done wrong and repairing them, looking out for me and my home- what else can you say?
Additional Comments - Before Profire, I’d had to take pictures of incredibly poor work from contractors, out several times to no avail, and argue how things were not done properly. Then profire came onsite-now my home is fixed properly and I have someone who I can trust if ever needed again. Awesome experience!

Responsive and professional. Completed work is very nice. I would recommend Profire and actually already have. I like the fact that there is always supervision and recourse.

Area For Improvement - Profire: Timeline of repairs, unforeseen damages withstanding. Sometimes one week between contractors to repair. But, understandably, my house was not the only house affected by the storm.Allstate: misunderstood my initial claim, even with repeated statements and photos. Took a couple weeks to get over to the correct department.
Area Of Satisfaction - Profire: Ronnie took a professional and courteous approach from day one for the tree removal, kept it practical. Definitely excels at his job on a client level. Give him a raise, whatever he’s paid.Allstate: Chad (Michael) did a fantastic job documenting damages with me, and was immediately responsive to inquiries. Same as Ronnie, definitely excels at his job on a client level. Give him a raise, too. He’s worth whatever you can pay him.
