My sales representative, Christina Kauffman, was exceptional, as were the installers who completed the work. Unfortunately, my overall experience was impacted by poor communication from the rest of the team. I made multiple attempts via phone and email to confirm my installation schedule, but my calls were directed to voicemail and my messages went unanswered.

I paid my down payment in April, yet the shower was not installed until August. During that time, I did not receive any proactive updates from the company regarding the status of my project or an estimated installation date. Ultimately, I had to contact my salesperson to intervene and obtain information, something that should have been handled by the installation or scheduling department directly.

While I am very happy with the finished product and the professionalism of Christina and the installation crew, the lack of timely communication and follow-up from the rest of the team was disappointing and significantly affected my overall rating.

I am also concerned about the future. With a lifetime warranty on parts and labor, I worry that if I encounter an issue, such as a leaking shower, the company may not respond in a timely or appropriate manner based on my experience during the installation process. This undermines the reassurance the warranty is intended to provide. In addition, the shower nook was supposed to include a basket and a shelf with notches to hang razors, but these items were not included in the installation. The salesperson said she would look into this for me.

Love the quality of the product and the installation. My staircase is tight and usually gets scratches in the plaster.

No proper communication between the project manager and the contractor

Sales representative relayed this would be a 1 day installation for each shower. Scheduling and installation wanted to schedule an entire week. Overall not happy with results from what was told initially and promised from sales.

The interface between the sales and the install team was less than ideal and resulted in significant delays. it ended well but it was messy.

The two gentleman that did the work on my walk-in bathtub were really outstanding Shawn and Doug. I would recommend them highly for any job that Kohler needs done.

Quick turn around

The clean up in basement was not done- floor as well as close cupboard. Had cupboard with baking items near by, I could have covered it up with some drop cloths if I had known the dirt would be getting on it.. Also from guys stepping in tub to install, the traction surface seems to be be damaged from shoes, giving it a dirty appearance.

The installers were totally incompetent and did damage because they did not check old water lines for standing water. As a result the water from these pipes came down through our kitchen ceiling. It also filled a ceiling light several feet away from where the drywall cracked.

This whole deal has been a cluster. I’m dealing with sales guy who was totally unclear what I was buying for in a showerhead to the completion of the job. Installation guys that is very good job but just overlooked one small matter, which was plumbing the one door. The service guy that Rite Window sent out did nothing but complain. He was sent out to put on a new showerhead, but when he found out, he had to plumb the doors, he about lost it. Almost like I was asking him to build me a house. He plumbed the one door but left the other door, totally unplugged and unusable.

I would definitely recommend them, from presenting the product to installation, it was a great experience!

The in- home sales presentation gave you no time to consider the product. Definitely not a stress-free experience.

Team called to let me know when they would arrive. They knew what they ere doing and there was a decision to make they asked me first. Great job!!!!

The installers were very nice to work with. We had a lot of fun and they did a great job. So far I'm very impressed with the quality of everything.

They did an excellent job installing the shower and it’s beautiful! There was a bit of a hassle about pricing.
