Scott Owen and his team are fantastic. This is the second time Scott has put a new roof on my home. My first roof was damaged by a very bad storm in February of 2016 with winds in excess of 75+ MPH. Even with the bad weather, Scott and his team patched my roof to get me through the winter while my homeowners insurance (Allstate) did nothing. When the snow was gone in late March, the Allstate claims adjuster came out and said "Your roofer did a great repair job and Allstate will reimburse me for any repair cost over my $750 deductible" My Deductible is $500. I explained that my roofer patched the damage until the weather gets warmer so they can install a new roof. I also explained that I got a second opinion from another roofer and they also said I need a new roof. The Allstate adjuster said I don't need a new roof. I asked the Allstate adjuster if he would talk to Scott Owen and explain why a new roof is unnecessary. The adjuster said he would. Scott Owen called the adjuster several times and never heard a word from the Allstate. I had Scott Owen install my new roof and I have a tremendous warranty on the roof and the labor and I will no longer need Allstate thanks to Owen Enterprises Inc. and CertainTeed Corporation.
