The commercial they do on TV and on radio is right. They do perform, and I approve they are who they are and do what they said they would do from the commercial. Definitely would recommend them to my friends.
I feel like I got a hard press to buy the roof in August and then they dropped the ball. The request to my HOA was not submitted until October. By the time they got approval in November, I chose to wait until January so I wasn't dealing with a new roof and the holidays at the same time. After my roof was installed, I was picking up debris off the ground (that was blowing off the roof) for over a week. When I called because some of the debris was shingle size new roof material, the man on the phone told me there was no way for them to check if it was actually a dislodged shingle. That confuses me since I've seen ads boasting about the use of a Go Pro to inspect roofs.
There were several problems with communication in terms of getting timely responses, and questions answered. Once the project started it was good.
Nicholas was very friendly and the transaction went smoothly. The construction went very well except for the scheduling of the work. It took longer than I expected.
Basically, I was expecting some deduction in the material. I heard an advertisement on the radio for 50% off. However, it looks like because of insurance I didn't get much benefit. I was told to sign an exclusion agreement with Nu Look. The estimate was not compatible with the look or estimate which I received note of prior from Nu Look. That's the reason I gave an average rating instead of an excellent rating.
Everyone we talked to was professional and provided excellent service. The quality of the doors is outstanding. Keeps the cold out.

Undecided. Had to have much communications to get things settled with insurance company. Project Manager did not stand up to insurance company or give me ammunition to challenge Insurance company on rotten decking. I had to pay for it! Not happy
I really appreciated that Patrick was straight forward and knowledgeable. The entire process was smooth and fast. The roofers were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Everyone we interacted with was kind and professional. So happy we went with Nu Look.
the only thing to me that was a problem was that it took a long time from the moment of sale until the crew showed up to do the work. maybe my fault, as I did not pin down a time, at time of sale, that they would start project. I told our salesman we would like to start ASAP as we had a roof leak. EVERYONE I spoke to from Nu Look very friendly, and once crew got here they busted their tails and got old roof removed, rotten plywood replaced, and new roof installed in a day. conditions not the best either because of snow a few days before and muddy slop all around my house. Install crew looked highly efficient and very dedicated, also pleasant to one another and me as they worked thru the day. roof looks great

The roof tear off and new roof installation was very quick however the flue pipe was knocked off of the water heater. This went unnoticed until the next day when my daughter and I had severe headaches and felt nauseous. This was caused by carbon monoxide poisoning and could have been fatal. The flue was put back in place and emails were sent to Nu Look but I have yet to receive any response. This business practice is unacceptable and I am now forced to contact my attorney to discuss my options.
They were just really easy to deal with.
I had a question about the job and something I wanted them to complete, and then they did it in 48 hours. They took care of some flashing I wanted replaced. They did it.
