It all starts with the employees. Nu Look Home Design has done work on my home before. They do absolutely gorgeous work.

The company and their employees were professional and did a great job. We had a slight hiccup and they quickly resolved the problem to our full satisfaction. The job was done expeditiously and they had all the materials ready to go on day 1 (unlike our neighbor, whose renovation work seems to start and stop because not all the materials were available at the start of the job).

Nu Look was probably the best home-improvement contractor I've ever dealt with. They participated in the initial evaluation, coordinating with an independent appraiser, effectively lowering the cost somewhat. Their team was awesome, doing an outstanding job of removing and replacing the roof shingles on our home. They were especially careful in protecting shrubbery and trees around the house. The final look of the new roof was perfect.
We chose Nu Look for our windows because they did such a great job when we needed a new roof. They did not disappoint us. We are very pleased!
They were very helpful with getting everything accomplished with the insurance company. They were thorough and double-checked things with the project. They were contentious to make sure we could get out of the house safely without debris falling down.
Overall I think everything went pretty well.
Nu Look originally quoted me for $25k to replace our roof. They had a 50% off labor sale that brought the roof down to $15k. At no point did they tell me they could replace the roof for less if we also bought solar panels - so I went with their competitor who was able to replace the roof AND add solar panels for about the same as Nu Look's original quote. I agree with another person's review - they're very sales-driven rather than customer driven. They only care about meeting quotas.

Overall and from end-to-end, especially with Robert Kitchings, we had a superlative customer experience. Generally customer service across all sectors has, sadly, declined, but our work with NuLook was exceptional.
