Overall and from end-to-end, especially with Robert Kitchings, we had a superlative customer experience. Generally customer service across all sectors has, sadly, declined, but our work with NuLook was exceptional.

The Nu Look team did a great job and the work looks amazing. The attention to detail, cleanliness of the work and the great warranty would have me recommend them to friends and family. I do plan on using them again in the future.

Didn’t appreciate the used car salesman like tactics to secure a customer. I’m in a rental, so I didn’t have the final decision who the home owner chose. Although the work was done quickly and seemed like it was done correctly, the start of the experience was not pleasant. Would not recommend based on that fact alone.

Andrew Cook was my agent, and he was excellent at describing the process of work that needed to be done.
Everyone I spoke with was extremely professional. The workers were here on time except for their truck breaking down one day, but they came out the next day. The work seems to be okay right now. The workers were very professional, showed up when they were supposed to, and were on time. The job was completed even faster than I had expected.
Based on conversations with friends, family, neighbors, and the HOA president, it was unanimously agreed that I got ripped off, paying way too much for a townhouse roof. Though I don't mind paying an extra premium for quality and a good warranty, the amount I was charged went beyond that in mine and others opinion. When combined with the sales pitch, installation, and financing, I cannot recommend this to another person unless money was no issue for them.
